I went to KFC in Manchester Tn for dinner. After entering and going to the counter I was the only person there. I waited at least ten minutes before I was acknowledged and another five before the girl came to the counter to take my order. There was one other couple with three kids behind me in line by this point. I gave my order and paid the almost $50 for our meal. I waited and waited and watched the people get their food and leave. I finally got mine, half an hour later. Get it home and some of the order is missing. I called eight times before I got an answer and I was told to bring the receipt and food and they’ll replace the entire order. I gave them the food and receipt and one of the workers refunded my money. I was waiting there because they told me the order would be replaced. 15 minutes later I get asked what I’m waiting for. I replied “my food” then the lady who refunded my money stated “you ain’t getting the food because I refunded your money” and I said “I was told on the phone that the order will be replaced” and she kept saying “I refunded your money” I said I want the food replaced and she informed me I would have to get at the end of the line. After I waited half an hour the first time and THEY screwed the order up but yet expected me to wait in line for a second time?! Their food isn’t that good and their service is horrible! Couldn’t pay me enough to ever eat at Manchester KFC again

I ordered pick up dinner on the app, was really easy to use. And super easy for my husband to pick up. All he had to do was go in and it was already ready by the time he got there. We got the chicken finger family dinner. It was enough to feed four. Would definitely recommend the app to order ahead.

I got two biscuits and they were both so hard they just shattered . They were the worst biscuits I have ever gotten from anyone . I love kfc but I will not be coming back here again. We could barely eat the chicken … it wasn’t super old but it was pretty hard . Potato’s we’re dry and barely any gravy

They were having a rough time. I think someone quit while we were there, she was extremely flustered when I ordered 1 sandwich plain, ended up with 2 plain sandwiches, part of our order was wrong. One drink machine didn’t have ice and the other ones’mixes were off.

On vacation so went to a family favorite. Several issues at this KFC. Missing 75% of their sodas from the fountain, some of the food was delivered cold, attitudes were not pleasant. This was not a good experience.
