Weekend in the area and needed a quick bite for dinner. Had pizza, it was delicious. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Would stop again! They were so busy with customers both in person and phone orders but food was quick.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time.
I ordered a half pepperoni and half cheese pizza for my children, but instead received a large buffalo chicken pizza. The pizza was specifically for kids, so of course they couldn’t eat a spicy buffalo chicken pizza. Mistakes can happen with phone orders, especially when staff are juggling multiple conversations, and I would have been understanding if the situation was handled professionally.
Instead, the woman on the phone was extremely rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. The moment I called to explain the situation, she immediately blamed me and insisted that I ordered buffalo chicken. I know exactly what I asked for. Rather than listening or trying to resolve the issue, she talked over me and acted as if I was lying. That kind of attitude is completely unacceptable in customer service.
What makes this even more disappointing is that my family has been loyal to Randolph Café for years. I’ve been going there since I was about seven years old, and now I order pizza from them for my own children. We’ve supported this place for so long that we honestly felt like we helped keep them in business. After that kind of loyalty, you would expect at least a little respect when there’s a problem.
Wrong order, rude attitude, and absolutely no accountability. A very disappointing experience from a place that used to mean a lot to our family.

This has been my childhood pizza spot. I’ve been going here for probably more than 12+ years, and the owner and her daughter are amazing. they’re so kind and always talkative. Amazing pizza, never fails to impress me with their tomato sauce (my favorite part of the pizza honestly.) I 100000000% recommend u to come here!

Ordered a chicken Caesar wrap and it came with three large chicken pieces, not cut up and three pieces of lettuce. What happened to putting effort into making food. My mom ordered a chicken finger dinner. Fries were cold and chicken fingers were so flat and hard you could have broken a tooth on them. No chicken in them just breading. Very disappointed.

Solid Take-out, Very fast delivery. Guy taking order on phone was excellent. Very nice, not rushed & perfectly accurate. Had 10″ hearty meatball pasta pizza. Tasty red sauce, with meatball slices topped with fresh mozzarella. Ziti was baked in but a little dry.
Antipasto salad was excellent with delicious balsamic dressing. Can’t wait to return & try more of their menu.

I always order from Randolph Cafe. Today I ordered chicken wing dinner with fries and I was not satisfied with my order. I spent $16.64 in total. Overall I was not happy with the food this was definitely not worth $16.64.

This place, hands down has some of the best take out food I’ve ever had. Everything is high quality. Some of my favorites? The fried fish. Always fresh always delicious. They make a dinner that I love, also fried fish sub too. Steak and cheese sub, or steak bomb depending on how you like it. So delicious. The pieces of steak are always amazing, and I’m super picky about steak. The grilled chicken? Oh my goodness, this is the best. You’ll see everybody talking about it in the reviews lol. Because it’s just that amazing. On a salad, as a meal, Any Which Way just grab it and try it. I must forgot, I love the chocolate chip cookies, I’m pretty sure they’re homemade. You got to ask for them and get them why they last, because they always run out. Thank you guys for always doing such an amazing job with my food. My family has enjoyed it for years and we love your shop! (almost forgot about the wings. Either the regular or the wing dings, again, so delicious!)
