Ordered a bucket of 8 pieces in drive thru. Service was quick and pleasant. Chicken was so tender and coating tasty. BUT extremely greasy. This meal would have been really good except for the huge amount of oily grease oozing out. Disappointed.

Very upsetting. Waited almost 30 minutes and when we got home and opened it it was cold, greasy, and mushy. Hot and crispy was out the window. I may never go there again. And if I do I will definitely open it there at the window. But for $25 I would like to think I’m getting what I paid for. No stars from me.

Today 4/14/23 I pulled up to the drive thru and ordered 2 chicken potpies and 1 large Baked beans. When I got home I ate the potpies which were good then I discovered green beans instead of baked beans. How do I get credit for not getting what I asked for ?

Honestly the Buffett was bad… Potatos, stuffing and the peach cobbler thing was all just old and crusty. Nothing else looked good… Only thing that was good was the fresh chicken that you had to order and was not at the Buffett. The coleslaw was also good. The biscuits were doughy in the inside also not good. Service was pretty poor I went up to order more chicken waited 5 minutes and no one came to help me… We sat at the booth and both tables between us were dirty the whole time we were there and it wasnt busy at all 5 tables of people including me and a kfc worker that was just on their phone the whole time. Will never get the Buffett again but I will order chicken from the drive thru. Not worth going in.
