I don’t know if this prevalent to all the restaurants in the Tampa Bay area and surrounding towns but I’m not from around here so take it from someone who is looking into your pot. Tampa IS nasty straight up. Iv been to at least several restaurants in this area. they all got the same problem when you come in dirty bathroom dirty floor dirty wall dirty nasty employees dirty uniforms. To the owner of this establishment it’s a shame that y’all even open.. KFC is not what it used to be. Oh in case you wanted yes the food was hot. But look at the rest of the stuff I said about this establishment what do that really means shut this place down for one day and clean it up inside and out you are paying lazy employees to do sub standard work. If I was an Undercover Boss I’ll shut it down and hire new people on the scene and personally hire them myself and ask them some serious personal question. Oh I know you can’t do that this is why your restaurant look the way it is now. If you don’t understand what I said read it again you’ll get it next week.

Went through pick up window. When I got home I found that $5 worth of food (2 extra wings) had been kept by the staff and not put in the bag, the 3pc box had only 2 pc, and no receipt was in the bag. I had to drive out of my way to get here. The food was delicious but the staff need better training and supervision. Would rate * for service, and ***** for taste, but will subtract 1* because wife is now mad at me for not checking the bag at the restaurant. This food is now too expensive to not give what was ordered to customers. 🙁

Tim the co-manager of this place is ABSOLUTELY disrespectful. He talks over you and even mad the statement “we can not hold anyones hand there are two bins” when asked if they can make sure that an elderly customer that came would get both his second order because when he drove 20 minutes the first time and was asked his name they only gave him one order. When returning i asked where’s his second order he said that was all they gave. So i was just calling to ask for them to looknout for him instead i got rude remarks, he talked over me the whole time then blamed him for not looking in both bins when his employee asked his name and handed him the bags. We spend a lot of money at this location, on a daily if not weekly basis for lunch for our building. This will be THE LAST TIME we order from you guys and i will make sure i can get in contact with corporate about his behavior and how he treats the elderly. All he could have said was i will look out for the order. Problem solved. Horrible management!!

Terrible service. I had a quick pick up order that was ready but the lobby was closed so they made me go to the drive through which had Atleast 10 cars. So I called them to ask them to just bring my order or I can just come inside instead of going through the drive through but they just yelled and hung up on me. This is just one of the terrible service instances.

Ordered the 12pc nugget meal got home to only 8 nuggets and 3 breaded crumbs which is 11 not 12, too hot and disappointed to go back up for the order to be remade to get the 4 I’m missing, should’ve checked before pulling out too worried about asking for honey for the biscuit.

Reference ORDER 8112227. Sunday 11/27/22. Walked into to pick up my order. Was told it’s ready. It was not. Opened the sealed bag and one bowl was missing. So was the drink. The girl at the counter got the drink ready, and the other young man started getting the bowl together. Mind you, tore the bag open on the counter and showed the online order via my cell phone. No miss communication. I then begin to repackage the food. Here is we’re the PROBLEM begins. Management steps in and begins to question what’s happening. I stated that items where missing and your staff is correcting it. He then states there should have been two bowls in the bag. But only one is present. I tell him he is welcome to search the bag and I hand it to him. An apology from him would have made me happy at that point. But he turns it into a racist event. He tries to spin this on how I came across to him. Dude your management, make the customer happy, make an apology….. and have the paying party leave your establishment satisfied. I’ve been in some customer service related business all my life. I may not like you, but you are going to get what you paid for. I’ll try my hardest to make you leave happy.
