I order the famous bowl frequently. No I do not know the exact proportions however the last 2 times to KFC in seffner is not what i have normally received. The last 2 times arriving around 430 to take my grandson to work. The bowls looked extremely skimpy. The last 2 tines the bowls only had 4 nuggets of chicken and maybe a teaspoon of corn. Mashed potatoes skimpy. Looks like they put more gravy on to cover lack of meal. Looks like you were running low like it was the only way to get this order out without preparing more food. Very very disappointing. Been coming here for a long time however this month was full thumbs down.

08/14/2023 at 1:49Pm Transaction #4577. This establishment should be Temporarily CLOSED!! I own a business very close by and frequently send employees to grab lunch from KFC. Today I had a break in the day so I figured I would go in myself. What a Mistake!! I ordered two meals. A Famous Bowl and Three Piece Chicken Meal. Only request NO Corn. After leaving and returning to my business which is less than a two minute commute I noticed the food was cold and over cooked. I then returned to request fresh food. The Manager at the counter had the worst disposition. He then opened the food at the counter to verify the condition of the food, which was hard to deny. I offered my receipt to show proof that the order had been placed less than 5 minutes prior. Standing in the lobby waiting for the food was undesirable. Considering how uncomfortable the workers made me feel. As if I had done something wrong. When the food quality and prep is to BLAME. I then received my food and walked to my vehicle. I had another manager run behind me in the parking area to ask where or not I had requested cheese on the Famous Bowl. I responded by saying indeed I requested cheese but opted out of CORN.(We are currently in the parking area)I then pulled the Bowl out of the bag and indeed it had corn. The manager then proceeded to grab the bowl and walk inside. I proceeded to follow. The manager then went to the back and began to remake the bowl when the other abrupt manager indicated it may be my fault for not saying something. The most appalling part of this. The manager then before reissuing my Famous Bowl to me dug in the garbage behind the registers and retrieved my receipt from there.(By digging inside the can) He then handed me the receipt out the trash and the food. He then repeated to the other manager (((INDEED SHE DID ORIGINALLY REQUEST NO CORN))). After then proceeded right back to the food prepping area. I will no longer visit this Business due to the unsanitary practices and unprofessional Management. This is not the way customers should be treated.

I’m not going to lie I’ll be real I showed up at 8:55 5 minutes before they’re trying to close and get out of there… The cashier was a middle-aged redhead woman with a southern accent I didn’t catch her name stocky lady kind of tall I just want to make sure she gets some credit. Absolutely great service food was on point and for being a kitchen manager showing up 5 minutes before somebody closes we all know that’s a no-no lol But they were very courteous and the food and service was great

Prices up, portion size down. One of our famous bowls had no gravy the other had two pieces of chicken. Both bowl only half full. You dont get the cookie with the combo either. Classic chicken sanwich was more bun and pickles than anything. The pot pie was fine but not worth the almost 8 bucks for a non combo. The wsit was not worth it either.

Went with a coupon that didn’t specify any up charge for 2 sides that were included with the meal. The cashier then informs me anything that’s not coleslaw or mashed potatoes is a .99¢ extra charge, because “it’s the store’s rules.” I now understand where all the bad reviews are coming from! The food was decent, but I won’t be returning.
