Sunday evening around 7-8 pm We ordered online to pick up. We arrive and the first thing we get is “what do you need?” Not hello, hi, how are you? Nothing. So we tell them we are there to pick up an order. “What’s the name and what is it?” In an annoyed voice. None of us asked you as an employee to be there. Your unhappy continue looking for work but in the mean time be nice to those you serve it’s called customer service. It costs $0 to be kind and professional. We all go through things but again it is not the customers fault. I’m sure when they did the interview that wasn’t your attitude during the interview.

I placed an online order 25 minutes before my scheduled pickup. When I arrived at the store, my order wasn’t ready. I waited for over 10 minutes at the counter and was completely ignored by every staff member. It’s truly disappointing when a business shows no interest in helping or even acknowledging its customers, especially when they’ve already paid for an online order. The terrible service made the experience very frustrating.

The manager waymen (older black guy) or whatever his name is is extremely rude. His attitude at the drive thru was like he was bothered. Not only that but he treats his employees horribly. I overheard the way he spoke to them and I was disgusted. I would not support this KFC.

This KFC is unclean and the food is not good. This is the second time I got a doughy undercooked biscuit. The chicken was greasy and salty. The potatoes wedges was salty. The older black guy at the drive-thru window has a bad attitude if you as for condiments and he hands me the bag of food that looks like it’s just thrown in the bag.

The food is fine here. No complaints about that. My main problem with this location is this one particular employee that takes orders. She gets confused very easily and screws up my order constantly. She’s very pleasant but not the right person for working up front. My only other complaint is that they’ve forgotten some of my items at times. Now I just check everything carefully before leaving with my takeout.
