I ordered a family meal today , chicken, mashed potatoes, macaroni, biscuits when I got hope it was still nice and warm plenty of food for four family members. Workers very professional,nice,made sure I had all my items with out me asking thank you all that worked 02/13/2026 4 pm . Five stars

Placed an order picked it up and was missing almost all my sides and the tenders were dry. I called them when I got home and I was told to come back and get them when I got there they acted like wanted to argue. I finally talked to someone and they took care of it. I felt like the one lady was incompetent to work in a fast food restaurant.

I ordered chicken tenders and a chicken sandwich for lunch, but ended up waiting over 20 minutes with no clear update. I was told the “food is being made,” but even after all that time, it still wasn’t ready. This is supposed to be a fast food restaurant there’s no reason a basic order should take this long.
The staff seemed unprepared and there was no sense of urgency or communication. Extremely poor service and a frustrating experience overall. I won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon

One of the better KFC locations. The people are always nice. The food is good. The only thing I don’t like is that their parking lot is worn out and landscaping looks super trashy. When I first moved here, I avoided this location for that reason alone. Once I tried it, it was good. Clean up the outside of your building. It looks worse than an Indian owned motel or convenience store. Seal the parking lot, pull the weeds, wash the outside of your windows and give the side entrance of your store a good pressure cleaning. Seriously…..

STINKS!! AVOID!! They selling spoiled food!!! Mashed potatoes w/ gravy went BAD!!! On 10/15/2021 5:46 p.m. we Ordered two $5 fill ups meals, plus tow additional sides of masked potatoes w/ gravy . When we got home , opened mashed potatoes w/ gravy – it was AWFUL- the smell was like meat gone. The worst experience eating fast food I ‘be ever had. Employees (at least one) looked like she was under influence (slow speech, slow information processing) . So, I didn’t call the location because it’s seems to be pointless… they can hardly take orders, I even ordered two exactly the same meals to make it as simple as possible fir them.

I’ve gotten food there before and it was fine but this time I ordered a side of mashed potatoes with NO gravy and I got my food and went home to find that I was given mashed potatoes with gravy, I order it without because I am allergic to something in the gravy and will break out in hives if I eat it. Then I tried to call and just kept getting the user busy message, I tried a couple more times and then finally almost 15 minutes later it starts actually ringing, only for no one to pick up. Not very happy and I’m quite disappointed because I usually love KFC but I’m very let down.

Had an extremely long week at work and really did not feel like cooking, so I choose KFC and buy the 12 piece family meal. Bring this food home to my kids and my son likes to take the skin off and when he does this there is a dead fly under the skin of this chicken. I am so disgusted and disappointed. Definitely don’t want anything else from this place except my money back.
