The setup of the food truck alone is one of the 8th wonders of the world—someone needs to patent it. The staff? Beyond helpful, courteous, and genuinely kind.
If Einstein, Nikola Tesla, Elon Musk, and the architects of the Egyptian pyramids stood here, they’d all agree: phenomenal five stars.

These fries are perfectly crispy on the outside while staying tender on the inside. Infused with garlic throughout and topped generously with Parmesan, every bite bursts with rich, savory flavor. You can truly taste the garlic and cheese—it’s absolutely beautiful.”

The pizza was a Chef special with a meet marinated in beer from the brewery next door I haven’t had this type of experience since I was a kid my best pizza so far.
The pizza was cocked with local produce. Is Fire Grilled in Wood? Yes sir.

Some of the best pizza i’ve had in years. i come from a family of proud italians and we take out cuisine very serious. i can honestly say it gave me a taste of home. the service was amazing , very friendly and greeted with a smile. i come here with my family and friends all the time and enjoying a good beer at monkish is a plus. i definitely recommend.
