I waited in the drive through line maybe 6 to 10 minutes because of line and when I got my food the burger was cold meat fried out and crunchy. Fries were half cooked. Normally I never have a problem with this restaurant but I was unhappy because for me to get a burger first thing in the morning and it to be dry and crunchy. Plus I didn’t realize it was like that until I got out of the parking lot and I stay 45 minutes away and wasn’t about to turn around

Incompetent staff that can’t take a simple food order. I understand that it a bunch of teenagers look for a a check but dang at least make sure that the oder is correct. Just went to wards tonight and this had to be the worst service and food ever. I use to come here with my dad everything was great, but not tonight the chicken in my wrap was burnt and no toppings at all. My chili dogs were cold and the chili looked a blob of mess. I’ve never been so disappointed

Waited 15+ minutes for the pleasure of getting food poisoning. Cashier couldn’t handle a basic order, fries were still half raw and undercooked, one of the two corndogs we ordered was still half frozen. My son has been violently ill since eating. Avoid this location at all costs.

We stopped to try the coffee freeze. The server showed us the size. I’ve included a picture of the actual cups we got. Today, we stopped at the Taylorsville location and got regular size cups. I thought I’d taken a picture of those as well, but they were nearly twice as large. The second picture is of the small cups at Taylorsville when I told them about our Magee experience. They said we got ripped off. Management, why? We will not return to the Magee location for this reason only.

absolutely disgusting!! my mom and i are traveling back to florida, and due to MANY billboards we decided to stop and give WARDS a try. BIG MISTAKE!! The “Hamburger” was HORRIBLE and tasted frozen. Fries are completely unseasoned and didn’t even come with a sauce.(we literally had to buy chip dip from a gas station because it was like eating cardboard) my mom enjoyed her root beer, and the worker at the window was polite but that was about it. the billboards are extremely deceiving and i wouldn’t recommend this establishment to anyone!!
