Ordered 12 pcs family bucket, extra crispy and waited 10 to 5 minutes only to be told that they only have original. I asked for a refund and the manager came to the window with a nasty attitude and said let me have your card and receipt. I neither got an apology from the cashier or the manager. I asked to speak to her boss and she said the number is on the receipt and walked away. I had to demand that I get a copy of my receipt of purchase as she didn’t intend to return it. I have not seen the reversal of the transaction yet. This is not the first time at this location. Very poor service

Food was good. Ordered the Sunday/Monday 7 piece special for $9.99 with 2 large sides is mash and corn. My BF wanted extra food so he ordered chicken tenders fries drink and biscuit with the KFC and buffalo ranch sauce. I have to say, I tasted that buffalo ranch on a fry and I think KFC did something with that. It very flavorful with a nice kick. I would go back just for that sauce.

Waited 30 mins to get my “fast food” after waiting 10 mins in the drive through line they tell me they’re out of original recipe chicken so I took whatever they had they then had me pull into the parking lot and wait an extra 20+ mins only to be given the wrong food order. I ordered a big box with 2 pieces and 2 sides (mash and Mac) with a KFC bowl only to be given a box (falling apart literally) with 2 pieces fries and 1 side only I drove away without checking since I waited so long and was ready to be out of there. Big mistake where’s the rest of my order?!! Nothing was correct and I didn’t get a copy of my receipt. Disputing the charge tomorrow. Avoid this place don’t waste your time
