To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to file a complaint regarding an experience I had at your KFC location on 01/30/26 at approximately 8:35 PM.
I had to return my order because the food was very cold, as if it had been sitting out for a while. When I returned the food, the employee who processed my refund, Ciara, was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.
Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, she refunded the money and placed the receipt on the counter without handing it to me or confirming that the refund was completed. When I corrected her and explained that proper customer service requires handing the receipt back to the customer and apologizing for the issue, she ignored my concerns, placed the receipt on the counter again, and walked away.
When I told her I would be informing the store manager, her response was “Oh go ahead, she’ll be here tomorrow,” which came across as dismissive and unprofessional.
I understand mistakes happen, but there is no excuse for poor customer service and disrespectful behavior. I expect better treatment as a paying customer. I hope this matter is addressed so future customers do not experience the same situation.

I came to this place by mistake this is the worst fast food ever the lady or boy was attending the walkthrough orders

I’m a resident of Sunrise, and this KFC location is very convenient since it’s close to my home. Unfortunately, the service here is consistently terrible. The staff never seem prepared, and their chicken availability is always an issue — they rarely have food ready for customers, no matter what time of day you visit.
It’s incredibly frustrating to have a local restaurant that you can’t rely on. Because of these repeated bad experiences, I now drive nearly 20 minutes to the KFC in Plantation, FL, where the service and food quality are much better.
I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously and holds the team accountable. This location has potential, but the current level of service is unacceptable.
