First off let me say I love the food at qdoba. I use to eat at this location at least once a week and hit up other locations when traveling for business and pleasure. However this location in rogers Ar needs some serious attention. The location just recently opened up after being closed for quite a while. So I figured I’d give it a shot since I’ve been craving a qdoba burrito. However this experience today was pretty terrible to say the least. And I don’t think I’m the only customer who feels that way. They weren’t even very busy and the manager seemed super stressed and very unpleasant. The workers acted clueless when trying to ring up orders or make a burrito or bowl. Portion sizes have shrunk quite a bit and prices seemed to rise. I had a free queso after signing up for the rewards program but the website was down and just kept trying to reload. I mentioned it to the manager. She made a phone call and she told me to delete it and reinstall….I was on the website. Can’t really delete a website and reinstall. I check my email later and I had one from qdoba saying that the site and app were indeed down. The person in front of me and behind me both had issues with the food/or app/website. And then when I went to check out my burrito which said 12 on the sign ended up being $17 and some change. They said they did full portions of chicken and steak instead of half and half like I asked for. The guy also looked at me like I was stupid when I asked it he could grill the burrito. The lady behind me was laughing cause the app she ordered hers on messed up. And the manager gave her an attitude too and straight up said “don’t laugh at me” I thought that was a rude remark. Overall terrible. I won’t be going back. I can get an entire meal for $17 at one of the 100 other Mexican places around. I give this location 6 months before it goes out of business. Gave it a 1 star when honestly they don’t even deserve that. Also attached is a picture of what my burrito looked like after unwrapping it. Can’t say that looks appealing whatsoever.

My wife loves Qdoba and we have always been pleased with their locations in NC and GA. After moving here this location was closed for a while but we saw it had reopened and we gave it a chance.

I like the quality of the chicken quesadilla. And I also noticed that their brownies taste as good as the brownies from Barnes & Noble. And I’m glad the Northwest Arkansas location has finally reopened. And I’m glad that I can earn rewards points during each visit. And when I have 125 points, they’ll give me a free entree.

Absolutely TERRIBLE. Do not waste your time here. Remember how this location was closed for awhile? Should have stayed that way. Two burrito bowls, both equally as terrible. Chicken had the taste and texture of canned chicken (probably undercooked), rice was over cooked, beans were hard, food was cold and seemed to have been just sitting there for hours. Out of guac. Took two bites and told the workers it was absolutely not edible. They said 5 people had quit and they would get a manager to make it right. Waited 20 min outside. No manager. Go back in, they say they don’t allow refunds no matter what, but they could remake us another terrible bowl. No thanks. If I could stand outside this place and tell everyone to leave, I would. The only nice thing I’ll say is the gentleman who talked to me the second time was very kind and seemed to understand the frustration but said the manager above him would not allow the refund. She seemed extremely unpleasant and after reading other reviews, looks like she’s a problem.

I will never go back here again! The lady who took my order was very rude first and foremost! I paid $14 for a bowl that was only half filled and the protein fir the bowl was what was the most expensive yet, they didn’t even give me a full scoop which gave me hardly any meat AT ALL! I am very disappointed in this place and customer service is so so poor! I did not get the name of thr last who took my order but she was about middle age, maybe a little younger and she was Hispanic but very very rude!!! I would not recommend this place to anybody ever!

Ordered food inside to go. Haven’t even eaten it yet, but I had to leave this review PURELY for the awful manager. Poor high school kids were just trying to do their jobs. They were very pleasant and helpful and cooked more fajita veggies when we asked, but the manager would NOT leave them alone. She hung over their shoulders, snapped at them for their every move, rolled her eyes when the girl was trying to input our order into the register, and she did it all while loudly complaining about the hours she’s working with her backpack on her shoulders ready to leave. It would’ve been a great, calm experience had that manager gone home like she was loudly yelling about to the employees before we started to order. Those kids don’t make enough for that treatment. Please do something about that manager.

Horrible! Place was a mess, one person taking orders on a Saturday at 12:30 with a new person lost and confused. Took 20 minutes just to place my order. New person didn’t know what half the stuff was I wanted for my burrito. Half a spoon of steak. Couldn’t wrap my burrito. Rice was overcooked. Don’t waste your time or money. Charge me over $13 and it wasn’t made right, ingredients weren’t up to standard, and again, half a spoon of steak. Pathetic. Close this place down for good!!!

Last night my husband and I went to this location since it had been closed. I was excited to try again. When we walked in, it was not busy. Before I ordered, I asked them the cost of a bowl with white rice and shredded cheese would be. I was told it would be 12 00. I did not want meat or veggies. The meat is too spicy for me. They said it was called a vegetarian. We turned around and left. They have lost me as a customer.

Very odd experience. I believe this location closed and reopened under new franchisee. 12:30pm on a Tuesday. One female working the line who seemed extremely frustrated and had absolutely no personality. She was SO SLOW. I was never greeted, the bowl I received had tiny portions of everything and absolutely not worth the cost. The line was building up, no one in the back (we could hear multiple people talking) came to help her.
