No idea how this KFC is rated so low because I drive WAYYYYY out of the way to ONLY go to this KFC when there is a kfc only a mile from my house. My daughter is 18 months old but when I was pregnant with her the ONLY thing I could stomach was a mashed potato bowl with no chicken. And so, that’s what I ate… every single day. No really, every single day. And for the last 18 months that she’s been on this earth, I still eat my mashed potato bowl no chicken no gravy extra cheese and extra corn (I’m usually sitting in the backseat with the baby and my husband orders) but, I know it’s a super unusual order but, the people who work here are always so sweet. They are the only kfc that makes my mashed potato bowl the way I like. And in the last almost 2 1/2 years that I’ve ate here 5 times a week on average, I’ve never had a rude encounter nor has my husband. So, idk if these reviews are old or what. We usually go at night after work. The night staff is amazing though. Especially the people working the drive thru. They are super quick, friendly, and my order (as strange as it is) is always made perfectly. And by this review you’d probably think I weigh as much as a water buffalo but I’m actually 113 lbs

This location has went down hill. This is rotten meat that should have never been cooked and burned and sold to me. It was a horrible first bite that let me know the meat was rotten. Discussed! This the 3rd time this month that the food has been burnt. The last time, the chicken was burnt at 10:30 am. First order and the manager explain to me they just open up. I answer her and said so food is going to be burnt all day. Just disappointing!

Dryers chicken I’ve had in my life. To pay $40 bucks for a bucket of chicken and you can barely eat it because it’s more like jerky is insane. Quality of food is horrible and my guess was it sat out all day under lamps.

App ordering seemed to do smoothly. app said 20 to 30 minutes for pick up. Had I known it wouldn’t have left since in was only a few minutes after I left it said my order was ready. My food, 8 piece dark, was cold and very greasy. My wife didn’t enjoy her tenders 8 piece, as well. did not eat in but face it was standard KFC atmosphere.
