Coffee is great and pretty consistent- however- check your order because sometimes things like cold foam (additionally charged for) is left off.

Depending on who is working you either get a bright, sunny “Welcome to Dunkin!” Or a ‘I hate my job’-“How can I help you?” Often long wait times if you go in. Drive through is prioritized.

Overall- good place to get iced coffee. Room for improvements in some staff with friendliness. They did just go through a small remodel!

Don’t get chocolate munchkins here! They were slimy and wet. That’s just gross. I can’t believe they send those out to people that way.

Not the friendliest at the window either. It’s too bad because I’ve had amazing customer service at this location in years past.

Also, I’ve never had them ask me to tip them before at the window and I didn’t care to be put in that position when the service was less than friendly.

The woman who took my order was very friendly though.

I love this Dunkin Donuts location because the coffee is always fresh. I ordered donuts today in the afternoon the young man working the drive through had jagged dirty fingernails. It unfortunately makes me lose my appetite. Please make all servers have clean hands and fingernails.

had to wait 10 minutes for a muffin i ordered warm, no worker asked me if i was waiting on something or anything. didn’t want to interrupt the guy taking orders so i asked the worker waiting for the incoming order about my muffin. she said it was the guy at the registers job to get my muffin, not hers. she grabbed it and bagged the it when reminded of order, threw it on the online rack, didn’t take the time to warm it when i ordered it warm in the first place.

Hard to even give 1 star for my past experiences here. I kept trying to give the benefit of the doubt but today was the last straw. In my order the hasbrowns were still frozen, I went back and received over-microwaved hashbrowns you couldnt even chew if you wanted. Then,I called to speak to the manager after my first sentence, I couldn’t hardly get a word in edgewise, that “its not their fault the oven must be glitching” and Icould come back for a refund, I proceeded to tell her about the sandwich also being cold , with a soggy bottom to which I was interrupted – “you only told me about the hashbrowns, now your saying the sandwich wasnt good enough” To which i explained if I hadnt been interrupted, I could have explained the whole situation right away. The reply, “I cant stay on the phone with you, you can get a refund for the hashbrowns and the bagel…..??? Or a $5 credit”. I never did order a bagel, but having spent $14 and this would be my third trip, thats all the Customer Service they are willing to offer….really?

I am so pissed just paid 15 bucks for some B’s got a hot coffee a blended coffee 1 small on large gave us both smalls but charged us for the large and while in front of us they spilled the hot coffee I didn’t say anything because I thought it was not that much but when driving down the road I realized it was almost half way gone!!! Tried calling Dunkin to get a refund or something but they go straight to voice mail!!?? So mad won’t be coming back, I would recommend putting your money into Monroe local coffee spots like Paynes or chocolate temptations on the square

Tried to take a conf call while here but the background noise from the service area was obnoxious and loud. Obsessive laughing and joking around. Im all for keeping it light but, voice levels need to be cognative of who is in the dining area. Its not professional to be vulgar either. I dont need to hear whos going to the bathroom, what they are going to do while in there or whos has or has not watched a certain movie. I am hard of hearing thats how loud it was.
The young lady who took my order was very polite, even acknowledged me leaving and tall gentleman seemed researved polite and professional.

Me and my boyfriend went there for a morning coffee date they were so backed up when we finally got to order they were so rude we have asked for no whip and when we got our drinks they had whip cream on it so we said we asked for no whip so they went do get a lady and she was so rude she told us next time what we should order if we did not want whip cream. THEY SCOOPED THE WHIP CREAM OUT OF OUR COFFEE didn’t clean it off the cup its actually so disgusting

Hello. I have been to the Dunkin Donuts in Monroe a few mornings as of lately. The Customer Service is extremely POOR and the Staff is very RUDE, From Associates, to the Management. They stand around an Talk, and play on their Phones, along with some Hygiene issues. Many should not even be in Customer Service, the Store is also always very Dirty, and No Donuts stocked in the AM Hours.
