Out of chicken yet again. What food we did get tasted like it had been under a heat lamp all day. They guy at the window was pleasant enough but failed to provide the requested sauces (which we didn’t discover until we got home).

At first said they were not cooking any chicken and this was at 8pm. They close at 10. The staff and manager were rude. The chicken I received after a 25 minute wait, was supposed to be extra crispy. It was just fried chicken. It had no crust! Biscuits dry and old. Will never be back, I do not see how they stay in business.

Horrible service! I ordered 2 extra crispy chicken breasts through the drive thru and they said it was a 10 minute wait so I pulled to the front, exited 25 minutes with no food. I went inside and ask about it and they gave me a bag of food. I got halfway home and check the chicken and it wasn’t what I ordered so I went back through the drive-through and they told me it was gonna be another seven minute wait. Their only excuse was they were short staffed. I’m sitting here in the drive-through I went inside and asked about it and they gave me a bag of food. Went through the drive through and in the evening was nice and late clean everybody had mask on of course not wearing them properly take the mask off people it’s time everyone was nice. It was a bunch of young kids working there probably in the twenties so customer service wasn’t at the highest but it wasn’t that bad like I said the place was well lit it was clean everything looked good she did greet me she told me goodbye have a good one just in a slang kind of 20 year oldish way. Will stop by again. Okay okay went back to orange city KFC today the lady at the drive thru was a breath of fresh air she was so sweet I told her that she was a breath fresh air and I told her I’d do a review for her all drive through should be as sweet as her. I called twice. The first time, I hung up after about 20 rings . The second time person on the phone was rude, like I was bothering them. I asked about carry out orders. They told me to call grubhub. I drove to the restaurant to order. The drive thru was halfway around the parking lot, so I went in. They told me there was a 15-minute wait for all chicken, so I left with nothing. So I would say I will never go to a Kentucky fried chicken again

I ordered full meals for my family and didn’t get fries with them, nor did I get the KFC sauce for the 6 chicken tenders I ordered. Also, the cashier told me that they didn’t have enough tenders to give me a 6th one, so they would substitute it with an onion ring. They didn’t even give the onion ring they promised, just the 5 tenders that I paid full price for. I’m not sure if there was some kind of miscommunication, but this was definitely not the best service I’ve received. The KFC at Providence does a much better job.

Was in the drive through with only 3 cars in total and the workers couldn’t even bother to talk on the voice box to take my order or at the very least tell me to hold on a second. I was sitting for 10 mins with no interaction. Workers here don’t even seem to try.
