I visited this KFC location yesterday for the second time in about ten days, and this visit was a completely different experience from what I’m used to.
The drive-thru greeting was prompt, and the person taking my order was friendly and welcoming — a nice change from the usual rushed, dry “Can I help you?” I had come to expect at this location.
Navigating this drive-thru can be a bit tricky, but when I got to the window, the employee who helped me, Carla, immediately stood out. She was incredibly pleasant and engaging — so much so that I joked to myself that I must have accidentally pulled into Chick-fil-A because the service was that good.
There was a small delay because the credit card machine wasn’t cooperating (her words, not mine), but Carla handled it with such a positive attitude. We ended up chatting about modern technology while she fixed it, and she made the whole interaction feel more like talking to a friend than waiting on a transaction.
Carla’s name tag said “Carla,” and honestly, KFC should not lose her — this location could use ten more employees like her.
The food was fresh, hot, and tasty, which made the visit even better. Finally, a truly good experience at this location. I’ll definitely be back.

Horrible!!! Started at the kiosk, wanted to use gift card couldn’t pay said go to cashier. Cashier informed me she didn’t know how to type it in and they must not take them. I said you don’t take your own gift card?! She called over another woman said the same thing I explained all you got to do is type it in. She calls her boss no answer. Ends up calling another employee and guess what you can and took two seconds. Order finally placed. A few minutes later says there out of bbq chicken fingers said fine plain is fine. Food finally ready after 15 minutes. As my husband is bringing it to the table a guy is trying to order a bucket meal and is informed there is no breast meat. That they will have to make more. Now I ordered two, look down I get one and two thighs. The one breast you can tell was sitting there a long time have coating missing and dry. Bring it back up never a sorry or apology did they think I wouldn’t notice? Only responds with it will be ready in 17 if I wanted to wait fine. Go to sit back down notice my little one didn’t get her milk or ranch . I go back up again we’re out of ranch and hands me milk. Waited over 17 minutes go up and ask said another 7 at this point my daughter was ready to go couldn’t blame her we were there a long time. As I was putting my kid into the car the guy that was also waiting comes out with his bucket I said it wasn’t ready after I just asked. I was so over it at this point I didn’t bother. Worst fast food experience, never a sorry an apology absolutely the worst customer service. For how long we were there could have gone to a sit down whole point we wanted something quick and simple and ended with a complete disappointment. What a joke this place was.

This famous bowl it’s not giving there’s no gravy they took chicken strips and just broke it in half and put it on the top it’s cold as hell I’m soo upset if ya don’t want to work or do it the correct way don’t work there this is the second time this happened to me just garbage that exactly wat I just did throw it away the whole thing so disappointing

I don’t know why I keep ordering from here. This place has never ever got my order right, not even once. They’re always missing one or more items and just replace them with something random, they always forget to include the sauce (that I paid for). If they don’t have drums or thighs and that’s what you want, the wait time is at least 30 minutes. They really need to work on their demand forecasting and/or supply chain issues, or just mark those items as sold out. But mainly, they shouldn’t send me a “famous bowl combo” if I ordered a chicken sandwich.

I honestly don’t understand how this location is allowed to operate. I have tried to eat here multiple times, and every visit has been a disappointment.
They are either closed when they’re supposed to be open or completely out of basic menu items — especially chicken breasts and fries. How does a fried chicken restaurant not have chicken? It’s beyond ridiculous.
The staff appears completely disengaged. Employees are on their phones, laughing and fooling around in the back, while customers stand there confused, waiting for answers that never come. No communication, no professionalism, and absolutely no concern for the people walking in the door.
This isn’t just “having a bad day” — this is consistent mismanagement and lack of accountability. If you value your time or expect even the bare minimum of service, avoid this place entirely.

I don’t know how this place is still in business. I have been to this KFC four separate times, and every single visit has been a complete failure.
Half the time they’re closed during posted business hours, and when they are open, they never have chicken breasts or French fries. Let that sink in — a Kentucky Fried Chicken that consistently does not have chicken.
Inside, there is zero leadership and zero urgency. Employees are standing around on their phones, giggling, and joking in the back, while customers are left waiting or turned away. No one seems to know what’s going on, no one takes responsibility, and no one cares enough to fix it.
If you’re out of core menu items once, that’s a mistake. If it happens every single visit, that’s gross incompetence. This location is mismanaged, unprofessional, and a total waste of time.
Do yourself a favor and don’t bother stopping here. You’re far more likely to leave frustrated and hungry than with actual food.

Service here started poorly and got worse. Pulled up to drive thru with no greeting. Just a rude “You’ll have to wait” without asking what we wanted. Got to the window and they never input the order. Food wasn’t started and no chicken cooked at 6:30. Had to wait 20 minuted. Just chaos… Seriously when did KFC get so bad….

I went through the drive through and put my order in, then waited for the car in front of me to get their food. Once they did I pulled up to the window, and as I did the worker walked away and didn’t come back for over 25 minutes, the entire time my food was sitting on the counter in view. When she finally came back, she handed me my food and acted like nothing had happened.
The service here is atrocious.

DO NOT GO TO THIS KFC !! This KFC WILL RIP YOU OFF EVERY TIME. I have given this KFC multiple chances and they are just terrible. Their attitudes are always terrible. They always rip me off of the food that I already paid for. then when I ask them to give me the food that I PAID FOR, they give me an attitude like I’m inconveniencing them. They don’t want to cook the french fries, so they tell me they’re out. It’s a hot mess and they need new employees really bad!!! I won’t be back. I’ll go to the one on Providence.
