Dry old chicken. Mash potatoes old and dry! This is a 13.00 dollar meal and door dashed! It’s basically left over food from the lunch rush! Absolutely disgusting don’t waste your money. Also these containers should be date dotted so the customer is aware of how old her food is there’s no date dot or markings on them to show me! Macaroni and cheese those seem legit and pretty fresh!

Won’t come here again. Third chance I’ve given this KFC and they always mest up on order. Then they tell you they don’t have none of the ingredients to make a meal! Need a big update for sure. Service was ok but need better management and up keep of location. Being a billionaire company you expect them to fix restaurant they own like this one.

I placed a mobile order for pickup and did not receive an order. Manager said they didn’t have any product, and that they couldn’t make it. They pushed the order through as “completed ready for pickup” even though they didn’t have the items to make the order. When we asked for a refund, we were told to request for it on the app. There was not an option to request a refund. After leaving and having troubles with the refund request, we called the provided number to the store, only for them to answer, immediately hang up, and not answer anymore of our calls. We then tried calling the corporate number provided, only for them not to answer either. Waited on hold for 30 minutes before hanging up. Overall, was not a good experience. Save your money and go elsewhere, or drive to Lynn Haven.

The young lady that took our order was very nice and professional. HOWEVER, we ordered 2, 3-piece BIG BOX, BUT we only got 2 pieces of chicken in both of them. The chicken and biscuits were over cooked and the slaw sucked. The potatoes and drinks were the best parts of the meal. We drove 60 minutes, going and coming for that meal and it was not good at all.

Trash. Do NOT eat here. The chicken was clearly sitting in the warmer all day. Dehydrated and unpleasant. The fries were so bad I did not eat them. They had a burnt oil flavor despite being floppy and not crunchy. Its not like they were busy either — it was a ghost town. Now I know why.

If I could give them zero stars I would. The last two times I ordered for delivery, the orders were grossly wrong. Additionally, they refused to even accept responsibility for their errors and made me go through door dash, who are just the delivery service. They have nothing to do with filling the order. When the door dash rep tried to contact them, nobody at KFC would even pick up the phone. The next step was to try for a refund and the rep was put on indefinite hold. Eventually they contacted corporate and we may get a refund in 5-7 business days. Do NOT order food from this KFC!

Pulled in the lot only to see the entire staff having a meeting outside the store. We get inside the cashier stood at the register not saying anything. Finally after about a minute or so she spoke telling me i can order anytime. I ordeed a 2 pc and 4 pc dinner. We asked for cole slaw and was told they out of slaw. While i am placing my order there was a gentleman who was waiting on his order. I asked him how long he was waiting and his response was way too long. He received his order (pot pie) He said he waited close too long. After he left the manager VERY LOUDLY asked the cashier how many pot pies the gentleman ordered. She said 2 and the manager VERY LOUDLY YELLED AT THE CASHIER IN FRONT OF ALL THE EMPLOYEES AND THE CUSTOMERS..No need to yell very loudly and talk down to the cashier. This needed to be done away from in the backroom. Very unprofessional …I have 34 yrs of General Manager and District Manager Experience in the Restaurant and Convenience Store fields and was appalled at her conduct. Our ordered was messed up, the chicken was way over cooked and very dry. Not a pleasant experience at all.This took place at your Callaway location around 330 pm on 5/10/23.

Been in the area for 2 years and this restaurant just can’t seem to EVER get ANYTIME right… Went to get a potpie yesterday the lady says, “how can I take your order” ? My answer was can I get a pot pie? Her Answer was “NOPE”.

Worst kfc I have ever dealt with. Keep going back every month or so for the last two years and it’s just gotten worse every time. The worst service I have ever experienced in fast food has been at this location. Negligence from the owner has to be the issue at this point. I. Usually pretty forgiving but it’s consistently bad every single time. I’m done with this location!!

I will be reporting the business and the owner to the BBB and the state of florida. I’ve never actually successfully gotten food from this place! There’s always an excuse. I ordered online the other day thinking we could just pick it up. Nope they stole my money then lied and said they were closed HOURS before they actually closed. I now know this isn’t the first time this location has just stollen people money! Again I’m reporting the business and the owner!
