At 3:35pm I came through the drive through my receipt says my order was taken by DORIAN who also says he is a manager I was served this GOD AWFUL food after waiting 20 mins for fresh food I expressed my concerns to this boy who says he is a manager no raising my voice no animosity very calm, cool, and collective with much understanding that they may be under staff IN RESPONSE THIS BOY said that he was working multiple positions and that he was busy. What did I want him to do? Either of these are my concern this is a business that you applied to work for DEAL WITH IT OR Quit and for him to be a manager I would quickly reconsider who I give management positions to If this is the person representing your business, he was rude. He was very condescending obnoxious and be beside himself. The way he speaks to people may be the reason why YOU ALL ARE LOSING MONEY your employees SIT SOWN ALL DAY RUNNING Customers away by telling them the wait time for checking as if they don’t want them to wait CHANGE YOUR STAFF maybe your business would run better

This tasted like the person who made this hates me personally. The wrap of the twister was hard and it had almost no filling or sauce. The chicken sandwich was dry and tasteless. I had a stomachache right after trying it and still had a stomachache the next morning. Will neverrrrrr order from them again.

Read a review from a month ago saying the lobby was flooded from a roof leak. Same thing today. I got the Taste of KFC 6pc. Deal. Chicken was a little dry but still okay. Mac and cheese had dry patches. Mashed potatoes were standard. I got a side of fries and when I dumped the fries from the bottom of the bag into the fry cup, there was a hair wrapped up in them. Thought it was mine at first, but my hair is longer and the bag was sealed before I dumped it so no way one of mine fell in. The lady that served me has hair that matches. I get that stuff happens sometimes, but after reading other reviews I don’t know if I would recommend going here.

I ordered doordash and I received my order. When I opened the box. The chicken was harder than a brick. Didn’t even look like hot wings. I called the store to make my complaint and they hung up on me. Reminder I’m a local manager at a food restaurant. I paid $20 for this and I’m upset. This place needs to be shut down or get people that care about the quality of food period.

If I could rate it a zero I would. I go through the drive thru, get told to pull up to the front of the store after I pay even though I’m the ONLY customer there. I sit for about 15 minutes. They finally bring out my meals and my drink. I take my soda and it’s HOT. The guy then tells me “oh I’m sorry, we’re out of ice by the way”. Why didn’t you tell me that in the drive thru so I wouldn’t have wasted the money for a cold drink? And then I get all the way home just to notice that my mashed potato bowl has NO gravy on it and NO cheese. It’s just corn, potatoes and 4 undercooked nuggets. I call them to explain what happened and the manager who sounds more like an 18 year old than a manager answers and says “well if you just wanna drive back and show me then I might be able to fix it, but we’re out of gravy”. How can you take an order knowing you’re out of half the items that go in it!? This place is trash. Their employees are incompetent and their management is a joke.

Ordered at 5:15. Received order at 6:20 with substitution of mash for corn on one and mash for fries on the other. The one that had corn out was like jerky. No sauce or juice at all. And the fries on the other were leather. This is prime time on a Sunday night. Check your food before leaving.
