As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I came to this spot with my friends and we ordered some bacon burger and some fries XL and the automated system didn’t hear the fries XL and we got a burger instead of the fries but than we went around to reorder it and I had to made the sure the automated system get it right and suddenly the automated system turned into one of the employee screamed at us to move up front for the fries XL and after we got the fries XL we went home and saw that the bacon burger we order didn’t have any bacon. Anyways me and my friend went to this same checker place the next day and we asked for a actual person instead of the AI and we did the same burger order and the bacon burger we order didn’t have bacon and me and my friend was pissed. We didn’t bother going back cuz the people in the checker gonna say we did something with the bacon

Went here after I dropped my mother off at the hospital for surgery and on my way to work almost 2 hours away. I ordered the chicken bite box with xl fries and an order of Philly cheesesteak bites. Total was $13 and some change I paid with a $20 and got .33 back. I told the boy and he said oh I’m sorry and he would get the rest of the change for me he closed the window and I suppose he told the manager so they could open the drawer for my change but I heard yelling and seen the manager shaking her head no. The boy gave me my bag of food and said “I’m sorry I can’t give you your change they are yelling at me, can you just let it go?” I said “ummm it’s $6 so no” he said “ please just can you go they won’t open the drawer for me, all your food is in the bag I apologize “ I asked him for his managers name and he gave it to him and he said please “don’t get me in trouble” I left bc for 1 I am 2 hours late for work and 2 there was a whole long line of cars behind me. I tried calling the store and no ring just straight to voice mail. I left a voicemail. I get down the road like 15 minutes and notice not all my stuff is in the bag. Horrible day! To much on my mind and then I loose out on my change and some of my food (which was actually for a co-worker).

Bought my niece and nephew here for a late night snack. Ordered a classic cheese burger with fries, chilli dog with fries and two drinks, order was taken by an automated system. I was charged correctly, but instead of the burger I got 3 very hard cold dry fish sandwiches. The ticket attached to the bag reflected what was in the bag ( I didn’t look until I was home) and the cost was more than what I was charged.

Ordered 2 of the $7 deals, 3 double cheeseburgers and 1 double chicken. We also ordered a fry lovers XL and a cherry Coke. Everything was disappointing except for the chicken sandwich.
All the burgers were still pink inside, and tasted off. The fries weren’t even filling up the cup like they usually should. The coke tasted off, and there was even a hair in the cup when my husband went to open the cup.
Highly disappointed. Gave it one more try after last time when the fish sandwich tasted funny and I got food poisoning. I’m not going to checkers ever again.
They never give receipts either which is ridiculous.

Ordered it to be delivered, got no frys ordered a fish got a cold burger, the burgers I did order came plain not how I ordered them. I work in the food industry and we have online orders as well take the time and do your job correctly double check your orders before you send them out. Most definitely won’t be ordering again

I should have known from the minute I was greeted how this food was going to be. The burger patty is COLD… the fries are HARD… I wasn’t surprised when no one answered when I called to complain. $11 wasted… well the Coke wasn’t flat seeing as how that’s all I’m having for lunch. I sincerely hope this location gets closed down.

so my girlfriend went to this store tonight to order us food the guy that works there was weird making very weird comments to here even though she voiced she had a gf then he got our order wrong but when my gf got back to pick it up he mad some off the wall statements regardles my girlfriend which made her fairly uncomfortable you should be working and maybe our food wouldnt be wrong also we paid for fries didnt even get the fries this place is an absolute joke and that weird man should be fired i gurantee my gf isnt the first to be harassed here by this guy ots crazy how he could cracked jokes and flirt but not get our food correct which is his job and what your paying him for.

I order the 2 for 7 and both sandwich and they were old n over cooked I take it back and they take the food n charge be again instead of refund my money .and the cook was argument as I didn’t buy it there l, this is highway robbery and also let me know don’t pay for it next time… Really avoid at all costs this location
