How is this place even still open with all these bad reviews. We ordered the big box online so it would be ready when we got there . There were no lines no customers waiting which should have been a clue. They then hand us a box that had dripping greasy chicken barely any breading on it that was soaking through the box. Was supposed to be extra crispy, It was disgusting looking . Do yourself a favor go to some other location the staff are rude and well the manager thats a joke too. A really nasty restaurant go somewhere else. They have not a clue what they are doing . We had our money refunded online never again.

Terrible experience. Ordered 4 thighs, ala carte (big mistake!), and a large cole slaw. I asked for four original pieces at first and when I got to the window I decided to change two to grilled. This cost over $20! The worker told me I had to go back around to the call box in order to reorder/change the order. I took exception to this and ended up remaining at the window for them to do the change. The pieces were small and one had the skin off, damaged looking. To add insult to injury I asked for a water to which I was told that was an additional charge. I asked for a manager who told me the same thing and that “they” required it. Again this is after spending over $20 for four pieces of chicken and a large coleslaw. This is egregious given the lack of service, issue with the meal, and cost quarantine a follow-up from corporate. I messaged my complaint via their website will see if someone follows-up.

I placed an order through the app and was waiting for 30 minutes and when it got home it was missing two pieces. I bought a box of 8 and when I got home I only had 6!! How is this resolved???

Older lady with short hair in drive through was extremely rude! Sat in a long line at Popeyes for over 25 minutes and backed out of the line “with 3 cars still in front of me”. Drove over to KFC “no line”, the lady told me there was a 10 minute wait for chicken. I told her that was fine, jokingly mentioning that Popeyes down the street had alot longer wait times. She was surprised I was willing to wait 10 minutes for chicken. She proceeded to tell me again that it was a 10 minute wait midway through my order. Another lady could be heard over the headset saying “theyre seriously going to wait”, you cant make this up. I didn’t finish ordering before she said my total and told me to pull around. I pulled up to the window and told her that she wasn’t interested in my business. She said “ok”. Came home and ordered Door Dash Chick-fil-a. ♀️

No service at all. Totally unprofessional. We waited an hour for our food while staff fought with each other and just asked for our money back. We will not return ever! Do not recommend. Not even to my worst enemy.

Went thru their drive thru twice in the past 3 weeks. Both times they messed up my orders by leaving things off that I paid for. The original chicken was hot and delicious. The biscuits were hard. The grilled chicken was so stinky and awful that I couldn’t eat it. I don’t know about the French fries because they forgot to put them in my bag. Mac and cheese was only slightly better than Kraft in other words not good.
