We got the special 5.99, we had the coupon for 4.99 but for some reason she couldn’t use it. The dining room was clean, and the kitchen needed some sweeping and wiping down. The employees don’t seem enthused about working/cleaning, no one was exactly friendly including the manager (I smiled at her). The chicken (original)was ok but peppery taste. The rolls seemed different but the mash with gravy was the same. The restaurant’s score was 95 and that’s why we decided to try it again. If they don’t get any pep in their step I see the score going down. They do military discounts but not with coupons.

8/1 I ordered a pot pie. Underneath everything at the bottom was a bone. Not a small piece either. I went back and showed them and they laughed at me saying I had already ate most of it. Ok??? The bone was at the bottom under the gravy and everything. I wasn’t asking for a refund and sure didn’t want another one. I was simply pointing out your carelessness!

No. Read reviews. Rude, hateful before I even got to the window. Planned to spend $50 on a big family meal, but I’m not going to give my hard earned money to somebody who talks to me that way – and she hadn’t even seen my face. Went to Publix and got better fried chicken and better sides and saved myself $20. Thanks, extremely rude drive-through woman. Maybe you should continue harassing customers trying to read the menu and after a minute sneer, “I’m waiting on you” to ensure everyone knows how important and completely wonderful you are. And when they say, “ What did you say? “ because they can’t believe someone would be that rude through a drive-through microphone, you should continue to double down and say it again. And make sure to put that extra tone on the words so that they really know how you just cannot be bothered by their complete stupidity in having to read the menu. I’m sure your store didn’t need the $50 we were about to drop for our family meal. (4:50 pm Tuesday) and also good job for refusing to get the manager when I drove up to the window and said I’d like to speak to him. Completely ignoring me the way that you did when I pulled up face-to-face shows your true professionalism. Willing to be hateful to people only when you could hide behind a microphone.

We had a mobil order and it was said it was ready for pick up. Sat there for an 1
Hour. The kid at the desk acted like he did not want to be there and wasn’t putting orders together. Then a another man stepped up and started putting orders together. We had to tell them three times that we had 2 Pepsi’s with cream. We also purchased potato wedges with queso, the kid grabbed the wedges and said they were out of queso and offered no refund insted. Then when we get home to eat, nothing was closed properly (so it leaked everywhere) and then got our order incorrect.

Usually I do not leave reviews but, this is an exception. The Manager Mr. Andrew absolutely went above and beyond to accommodate me the guest after a small issue with my order. The food quality was fresh and tasted better than I expected.

Had a big order cause I got a big family the lady behind the register was say that she bagged a 16 pice chicken and there was no chicken in the bag the lady had the audacity to make me look like a liar and then the manger Andrew came and help he was the only one that was polite and cared enough about my order while the other people were saying that they bagged the chicken when it was never in the bag

The staff lack counting skills and when you try to get the order fixed, if you ordered online, you will go through a lengthy process to get a refund. Do not go to KFC. All of this for being shorted a thigh. This is my last time ever eating KFC again. It was some time since I had it before this and I don’t have to wonder why their numbers have been down now.

We (my son, his gf & myself) had a craving for KFC chicken & strips. As we ordered in drive thru the customer service was bad. While trying to place 3 orders we placed 2 chicken strip meals my son wanted fries and gf want mashed potatoes. As my son said he wanted a coke to drink person taking order kept hearing sprite and my son kept repeating fries. He said he wanted Pepsi as his drink. While I was wanting to place my order for the #7, I tell person taking order I want a #7 meal. She then says just the 2 orders of chicken strips? I said no I have a 3rd meal I want the #7 the 3 piece chicken. Person rudely says I know what the #7 is, she did not allow me at that moment to say #7 3 piece chicken with mash and corn drink a Pepsi. So I finally get to order my entire meal. So we proceed to the window pay for our meal. We are then given our drinks and my son asked is this sprite? Different girl answers rudely with that’s what you wanted! (Mind you they have Pepsi products so it was Starry not sprite. So then I ask do you all not have ice? She said no we don’t. My son tells girl they are kinda of flat do you all not have a different fountain to pour our drinks with? Different girl comes to window and completely answers a question that wasn’t even asked or mentioned!!! She looks at us, (remember this is a drive thru order) if you want ice you can get off and get some from the fountain in lobby. So my son gets off to get the ice. Which we shouldn’t have had to we went thru drive thru for a reason. So while my son is getting ice we notice that 1 of the orders was wrong, no problem I go in and tell them we ordered 2 chicken strip meals we only got 1 & this one is fried chicken. Girl looks at receipt and says “oh my bad, very rudely. Other girl changes it out. Ok cool we get our chicken strips go to car and my son looks at the strips, I have included a picture, they are super skinny and extremely small. So he goes back in and tells the girl the problem she fixes it by giving him 2 more strips a bit bigger to include with the ones we already had. That KFC needs better employees with way better Customer Service. The food other than that was good.

I was refused service on September 17th at this location by a manager because he claimed I had to show him proof that my 4 pound service dog, who I was holding in my arm, was in fact a service dog. First of all, it’s illegal to not serve me because I have a service dog. It’s also illegal to demand proof that he’s a service dog unless he’s acting in a manner that is inappropriate for a service dog.
Per the ADA website,

“When it is not obvious what service an animal provides, only limited inquiries are allowed. Staff may ask two questions: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability, and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform. Staff cannot ask about the person’s disability, require medical documentation, require a special identification card or training documentation for the dog, or ask that the dog demonstrate its ability to perform the work or task.”

“A person with a disability cannot be asked to remove his service animal from the premises unless: (1) the dog is out of control and the handler does not take effective action to control it or (2) the dog is not housebroken. When there is a legitimate reason to ask that a service animal be removed, staff must offer the person with the disability the opportunity to obtain goods or services without the animal’s presence.”

Managers and employees of public spaces need to be trained in service dog handling according to the ADA guidelines to avoid lawsuits.

After I tried to educate the manager on what the ADA website actually says, he argued with me and said it doesn’t say that, and that he cannot serve me with my dog in my arms because of the other patrons in the restaurant. I had to leave humiliated and frustrated.
