Let me start by saying this is the best KFC I have ever been in. They helped us out in a pinch. Our other catering ordered was never filled by a major grocery store in the area. I stopped in and asked for 75 pieces of fried chicken, and without hesitation, they filled the order within 15 minutes. I pulled up and 2 employees were outside smoking a cigarette. I walked in and 2 was sitting in the lobby one of the employees proceeded to ask me if I had a delivery order I told him no I wanted to place. He told me they were closed for 30 minutes. I was okay with that. Maybe there is technical issues and staff is using that Time to take a break .
