Not bad, not great. Most of the time, they don’t have what they need. The usual excuses are put forward (i.e. sold out, no/late shipments, etc). There are 2 styles of staff at this store: 1 is a more mature set; they are professional, polite, personable and hardworking. The other is made of the 20-something and younger crowd. They are rude, entitled, and put upon when you ask for napkins. If we really want chicken we have to do a roll by to see which staff is on before we order so we will get good food and our correct order without the attitude.

KFC IS AWFUL. SO WEDNESDAY WE ORDERED DOORDASH KFC WAS MISSING FOOD,NO UTENSILS, NO NAPKINS. SO THURS ON 8/17/2023 WE GO TO THE DRIVE THRU AND TRY IT AGAIN. THEY COMPLETELY MISSED A WHOLE MEAL I ORDERED AND I DIDN’T RECEIVE NEITHER OF THE TWO DRINKS I ORDERED..I WENT BACK IN TO GET THE SECOND ORDER IN WHICH WAS MISSED. UPON TRAVEL BACK HOME I FORGOT MY OWN KIDS DRINKS. WE ORDERED 2-4 PIECE CRISPY 1 WITH FF, AND 1 WITH MAC N CHZ. AND A $20 FILL UP. NOW THE $20 FILL UP THEY DUMPED OLD FRIES IN THIS BOX THAT WERE BLACK, HARD AND BROWN. CHICKEN WAS SOGGY IN GREASE IT WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE 2 DAYS IN A ROW. THEY WERE BUSY. SO THEN WHEN I WENT IN THERE WAS A YOUNG LADY WITH 2 ROWS OF BRAIDS IN HER HEAD WITH THE REST OF HER LOOSE HAIR UNDER A HAT WITH NO HAIR NET AT ALL. SHE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL A CUSTOMER WALKED IN SHE SAID ” WHAT YOU WAITNG ON”? HIS RESPONSE WAS EXCUSE ME, I HAVEN’T ORDERED. THEN SHE NEEDED CHANGE SHE IS LOUD IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS SAYING HEY I NEED SOME COINS FOR MY REGISTER I NEED SOME COINS. KFC IN DUBLIN IS ABSOLUTELY A HORRIBLE MESS.

Good food, great food even. Four stars because they don’t have their famous peach cobbler anymore. Their biscuits are all the way soft and not too salty. Their drinks are kind of watered down, but maybe that’s the ice. I’m not disappointed with what I had ordered – I’m very satisfied.
