The dining room was clean and the staff was friendly.
We tried out the new Mike’s hot honey chicken sandwich. The sandwich includes a hand breaded chicken breast fillet, Mike’s hot honey and pickles on a soft pillowy bun. The chicken breast fillet had a nice crunchy outer layer and juicy center. The Mikes hot honey gave it a nice favor but the sauce soaked into the bun and made the bun extremely soggy to where it fell apart. If the bun was buttered and toasted, this sandwich would’ve been on point.

Today I received my food. First of all the order was wrong and the food was luke warm. I think itvsat in the kitchen since they opened. I got orginal recipe it did not look right. Appeared to not be all the way done ..it was gross..hard biscuits and something they call mac and cheese which i did not order.. tasted like it was dumped from a box of craft with fake chees..I will be going to Zaxby’s from now on where the food is fresh..

**EDIT** Food has went down hill. Chicken wings burnt, watered-down gravy and hard biscuits. Was told by corporate that they would send a $25.00 gift certificate to make up for it. I never saw it. Called about it and they claimed they would send it out. Never saw it either. KFC just lost $200.00 a month customers. We will not go to another one.

The food has become garbage… Not sure if this chicken is cooked all the way… It’s a bucket of soggy meat… And this was supposed to be cooked fresh… Very disappointed

This place was absolutely the most horrible experience yet. Customer service had an attitude first of, drive up to place my order and wow, I should’ve driven off. Then the chicken was black on the inside. I give 1 star because the fries were fresh. Other than that, I waisted my money. NEVER AGAIN. JUST DISGUSTING
