Twice in a row now, we spent $44 for the 12 piece family meal and the chicken pieces, especially the breasts and thighs, were small dried and tasteless, at 4 pm in the afternoon! The KFC in Chatsworth is pretty good food. But the service can really be awful. Ordered on the app and my order wasn’t ready 20 minutes after it said on the app that it was ready. Utter BS.

The food was….OK but I made the order online and they made it wrong . When I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager she said it wasn’t wrong and it was wrong. I really enjoy their pot pies. I work across the mountain ( about 35 min drive) and can get to work and settle in before I eat and it’s always still really warm.
