I love this Jack. Service is good and workers are nice. They dont make you pull ahead after paying like most drive thrus nowadays. While others just want to take money and get you your food whenever, they want you to have your food in the order the customer arrives. What a concept! Try my favorite… Sourdough Jack extra patty.

Normally this place is spot on for orders even when busy. Today was a disappointment. Ordered a chicken nugget combo. Imagine my surprise when I got back to my office to find I was given onion rings instead of my nuggets. Tried to call but no one picked up and I couldn’t go back because my lunch time was up. Please help this location Jack In The Box corporate. The breakfast looks amazing & I really want something from there today but I can’t. The 4 times I’ve eaten at this location over the past year I got very sick every single one of them. I’m not sure if it’s something wrong with the oil but every time I got horrible stomach cramps & diarrhea. No other fast food joint in Yavapai County causes this. Even the Jack In The Box in Prescott Valley is better than the one on Willow Creek in Prescott.

I went through the drive through and ordered a bacon and swiss smashjack combo and I asked for no sauce, basically, I asked for a number 3, large, with no sauce, they repeated it back to me. And when I got home, the burger was covered in sauce, so much that I couldn’t even scrape it off to eat it now, they’re closed, so I will never come back to this place again.

We went through drive through and the girl taking our order was very rude for no reason. I don’t know if hairnets are required but no one had one on. Nobody was wearing gloves and just very unsanitary.

The only thing I’m reviewing here, are the milkshakes. I hate fastfood milkshakes and usually avoid them, but…if I have a hankering for a shake, I’ll stop and grab one from Jack in the Box. The only reason I didn’t give their shakes 5 stars was because it didn’t look like they had cleaned their machine for a few weeks, but the shake was still delicious

Haven’t gone in years. Went the other day and the jumbo jack is no longer jumbo. Looked almost half the size and the bun was different also. Taste was not very good at all. Someone bought me lunch. Happy I didn’t pay for it. Not worth it at all. Service was good.
