I don’t like negative review. Although, 6 months ago I ordered just a bucket of chicken. It was cooked in burnt or old oil. The color was brown. Overly Greasy. And it tasted real bad. Just ordered through Uber to try once again. The fries were nasty. The bucket of chicken hasn’t changed. Still nasty. What happened to kfc? Is it just the one in Calhoun ga? Corporate needs to do something about the quality of the chicken. I would ask for a replacement but don’t want to receive the same. Everything else was fine. ITS A CHICKEN PLACE! WHY IS THE CHICKEN SO BAD TASTING?

Went in and placed an order for 2 chicken breast meals with mashed potatoes. Then when I finally got my order they gave me two chicken legs instead of the breast took it back in and the girl at the counter says we didn’t have any more breast that why we gave you the legs. So I asked then why didn’t you tell me you were out then and that I want my money back and she says they don’t do refunds. Like are you joking? You give me food that I didn’t want and still made me pay the price for what I wanted. Calhoun kfc is a complete joke of a business

Haven’t had KFC in years and it will probably be many more if ever again, ordered a 12 bucket and this is what I got (included photo) the chicken was cold, greasy, and the breading was soggy and falling off. Someone saw and put this in there!! Horrible manager too!! Friday night 10/25/25

Nasty, 10 people on back only one wore gloves. Everyone was handling people food. Dining area need cleaning service was not bad but not good either. Long wait time on wings. I have not been here since it was Kentucky Fried Chicken, so to me the food I remember was much better wings looked done until you get to bone

Received the order. Chicken was under cooked. Went back to the counter… they refused to give us another piece of chicken. This is unacceptable the cashier even talk with the manager., who loudly said there was nothing wrong with the chicken, but never came over to speak with us. What happened to customers always right? Pitiful place…. no will not go back!!!!!!!!

Absolutely horrible The lady that took our order was awesome, But when we got our order we were looking in the bag to make sure it was right and the lady that brought it out asked me to look see if she got it right bc she didn’t understand what the order was, and no it wasn’t right, so she grabbed the box went to the back grabbed another box and told another lady standing back there that she had to (had to what? I don’t know) but I wish I had checked the box again bc the tenders are overcooked, dry and disgusting, we’re truck drivers so I’m gonna have to chalk this up as a loss bc we can’t turn around and go back, I won’t be going back, I’m very disappointed

This new wraps have been out for 1 day and the tortillas are ALREADY stale? . And how do you mess up the Mac n cheese wrap? It’s got 2 ingredients and one of them is in the name. But we adding Buffalo sauce to em I guess lol. Thanks for the 2 free famous bowls included in my order too, I guess?
