Traveling and stopped in for a quick lunch. Bathroom was clean. A customer ahead of me apparently came back in because he didn’t received enough change back when he paid for his order. The one girl behind the counter went in the back to speak with someone about his situation and was gone for an extended period of time. No other counter person to take other customers’ orders. Left without eating.

This is the worst customer service I have encountered. I went through the drive through and they got my order wrong. I called them to see if I could get a refund and explained they gave me wet chicken, no gravy, and unsweet versus sweet tea. The assistant manager and shift manager were both so unprofessional, condescending, and rude that they should be thankful to have their jobs because most companies would never hire anyone like them to manager their business. They are such a joke I feel sorry for them.

We had to call out for someone to take our orders. One couple seated eating, one car in drive-thru and us. They said they were busy. I ordered the original bowl. Chicken was not fresh, corn tasted like leftover corn, very little gravy and a sprinkle of cheese. But the mashed potatoes were good. My nieces order was missing a sandwich.

As true with any fast food establishment they need to hire more help. We stood at the counter five or more minutes before anyone came to take our order. The person at the drive thru was also running the counter. It’s a good thing we like KFC. The food as usual was yummy.

Ordered a famous bowl combo with a large drink and a Mac and cheese bowl with a large drink and a biscuit. Got no straws, forks, or napkins. Was told they we’re out of large cups and said there was no extra charge. But I bet if I ordered it with no large drink. My price on my ticket would be different. Basically I feel like KFC stole from me. And I was not informed when placing my order.

It’s a little difficult to rate the food or the atmosphere since we weren’t allowed to dine in or even order carry out. The drive through was only open although the door was unlocked so we walked in. The drive through was very backed up. No explanation was given as to why we were refused to the option to walk in and order carry-out. We left and went to Arby’s.

This store deserves a 0. Horrible experience. The food was not correct. Went in and the manager and an employee were arguing. Then a customer ask for his money back. The manager was talking to him. The customers wife came up and told the manager she had been a manager and she was not a manager. The manager ask the customers to leave. The lady started out the door and the manager said the lady was stupid. The lady come back in and knocked all the cups off the counter. People were eating in the restaurant said they had to wait 1 hour to get there food. I will not go back to that store. The law came as I was leaving. Bad business and not very professional. Where is the owner or person in charge of the Cornelia Kentucky Fried Chicken?

I made the mistake to order her again tonight after spending my money on march9th @$40 & we got all the way home to find the order not right at all Every side we had ordered was replaced with slaw Seriously 3 lg bowls of just slaw I called the manager who rudely demand I bring the receipt back show her and then get my correct sided This is an hour after the fact ..Tonight I ordered 8pc chicken with sides Got all the way home and Again wasted money! I spent $30 on 4 thighs 2legs 2 wings all of which were so thicken with bread u couldn’t tell how small the chicken was until u dug thru the breading Again I called the manager who ask I bring the recipient in and they’ll redo my order Also might I add the legs and wings were extremely over cooked WHY WOULD I WANT TO WASTE MORE OF MY TIME AFTER WASTING ALMOST $100 THIS MONTH FOR FOOD THATS INEDIBLE! They refuse to refund ur money even when u take the food back and show them the issues with the food they serve u only offer to give u more terrible food!! Will be reaching out to corporate first thing tmrw
