As petty as it is, it’s even pettier that one can order through a KFC mobile app, arrive for the order to be told they do not have what you ordered. No big deal it happens. But, when I ask for a refund of $9 I’m told it can’t be done. Me 0, KFC unlimited points. Hopefully, and at this moment I’m quite certain, this will be a turning point in my life and I will no longer eat fast food. Not for my health, but to prove to myself I have morals and am tired of getting screwed over by employees that seem to only have pride in their employers deplorable working conditions.
Edit June 22nd 2023: haven’t eaten fast food regularly since this day. A handful, if that, when no other option had any better outcome to the situation I was in at the time. Which I say should be the only time someone should eat fast food practically.

I placed my order, but was told it would be 15 minutes for fresh chicken, I told them I didn’t mind and wasn’t in a big hurry but had my dog with me (don’t worry we were in drive thru and not
inside) I asked for a small cup of water and she provided for him and she also gave me a few apple pie bits. I didn’t know they had this item and will definitely order some next time. Staff was kind and courteous and food was still hot when I got home.

I ordered a mobile deal that’s going on right now 8 piece bucket for free if you spend $15.00 dollars. I got shorted 2 pieces of chicken. I tried to call saying I was going to come back no one answered. I’ve had problems before but I’m really mad. I bought tiny sides for $15.00 dollars for an 8 an PIECE bucket for lunch for my husband and didn’t get it. I will always and recommend counting your chicken bucket from here BEFORE YOU LEAVE.

Third time in 2 months getting the 8 piece bucket family dinner with potatoes, slaw, biscuits. Third time that we have received FOUR WINGS, two legs and two breasts. ZERO thighs. last I remember chickens have only two wings but they also have two thighs. So where are they??? We will not be back, there are too many other choices for chicken locally where the service providers confirm they are putting the correct pieces into the meal. Shame on you for continuing to short your customers and charging ridiculous prices.

Who ever the female manager is on Feb 17th is extremely rude and disrespectful yelling that if a customer “doesn’t like the way something comes then tough” the lady at the register is always just as hateful, fussing about other customers. And they are always out of chicken. This restaurant has gone downhill over the last few years.

The chicken was terrible. It was burnt and tasted like it had been fried in grease that hadn’t been changed in a very long time. The floors looked greasy and dirty. Needless to say I won’t be going back ever.

Ordered 3 piece meal. Got home with it. 2 thighs and a leg. Why no breast?? Absolutely NOT EDIBLE! Mushy texture of the chicken and the breading tasted like unseasonably raw flour!! Unbelievable! I threw it straight into the trash and ate a peanut butter sandwich. Smdh! They on their way out with this pig slop!

Again, our order is incorrect from the Cornelia KFC. And they NEVER answer their phone in order for you to give them a chance to remedy THEIR ERROR.
It is ridiculous to pay over $40 for a meal that is incorrect.

Ordered Nashville hot chicken tender meal. My chicken tenders were incredibly small. The sauce was so watered down that my chicken was was drowning in it and had zero flavor. My tea was filled half way. If the employees were more worried about serving their customers than eating in the drivethru window they might be able to get an order right.

On Sunday @8 pm July 27 2025 I have made an order over my door dash app for a chicken pot pie and drink. The app notified me when it was ready for me to pick it up. So I drove over and walked into KFC in Cornelia Georgia to receive my order when a Rude woman yelled we are not going to take your order because we are to back up I looked at the front lobby and they had only two people eating and I noticed the drive through was only 2 cars. I said Ma’am, it’s only a chicken pot pie and I’ve already paid for it over DoorDash app Sent me notification to drive out here and pick it up. What’s the problem? You don’t appear to be busy at all. She very rudely huffed under her breath and stomped off. As she said well, you’ll get it when you get it. Most definitely will be taking this up with the owner of this KFC in Cornelia Georgia.
