I just had one of the best experiences. I got held up a job for a few hours longer than expected and stopped at the literal closet place to eat possible. The place I stopped was this KFC. There was a charming elderly gentleman ordering ahead of me when I got in. He and the young lady assisting him were joking back and forth. It made me smile. Then, I ordered a bit hastily as I was pretty famished. I got 12 wings and a drink. I paid. Tiffany, the nice young lady I mentioned earlier, put my meal together in a matter of seconds. Then I remembered I have my dog in the truck. She, my dog, was stuck in the truck for the two hours I got held up on a job. So, to reward her for being good I asked Tiffany if there was any chicken on the menu without bones she could have. No sooner than I said it, Tiffany mentioned a kids strip meal. So, that’s what we did. I thanked Tiffany for her amazing and bubbly personality, gave my dog her two chicken strips, and promptly enjoyed mine as well (which had coleslaw from the kids meal I wasnt initially expecting but happy to have gotten it). I highly recommend this place, especially if Tiffany is working

Very good chicken pot pie. I also had the cheese curds. I didn’t know they didn’t give you any marinara sauce. I would have loved them even more. I guess you have to ask for the sauce. I’m not a fast food woman at all. I just have always loved their chicken pot pie!

At first, I was really surprised to see such a low rating for this KFC location. I honestly expected a much better experience based on the brand reputation. However, after my visit, I realized why the reviews might not be that high. The quality of the food definitely left a lot to be desired. The chicken, which is supposed to be crispy and flavorful, seemed underwhelming in its frying—some pieces were not as crispy as I expected, and the seasoning felt a bit off. The mashed potatoes, which I was really looking forward to, were almost cold when served, which made the meal feel less fresh and satisfying. I understand that fast food can have occasional slip-ups, but consistency is key, and unfortunately, this visit highlighted that improvement is needed. I hope the team at this location works on improving their food quality, because KFC has the potential to be a much better experience than what I had. Overall, if they address these issues, this place could easily earn a higher rating in the future.

So, I decided to give this KFC a try for the first time. When I entered, the manager informed me that they were only accepting orders through the drive-through. I followed their instructions and made my order there. Opting for the eight piece, I went for the hot and spicy chicken wings. Let me tell you, they were incredibly fresh and hot, almost as if they had just come out of the fryer. The wings had a nice medium heat to them, not too overwhelming. If you enjoy your wings extra crispy, these would be right up your alley. Plus, I must mention that the size of these wings was really satisfying – definitely not those tiny baby wings.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!
Last Friday at 8:30 PM at what is a $20 fill up, original, from KFC. When I got home, I realized they had given me virtually all thighs, crispy. When I return the next day requesting that they complete my original order, they only wanted to replace the uneaten chicken. Given the time and effort plus the inconvenience required to drive almost 10 miles back to the store,they should’ve replaced all eight pieces.
Give this bad experience, I will not be patronizing KFC in the future!!!

I stopped here at this location for a chicken pot pie, and a wing meal. I’ve been eating pot pies from KFC for years even at this location. What were disgusting Is me bitting in some nasty uncooked tasting skin. Whoever made this should be ashamed of himself, was soggy and nasty. Never again at this location.
