I don’t usually leave poor reviews. I ordered and selected cash payment. My order got moved to DoorDash, and driver showed up with zero change. I get that drivers are scarce anymore, but come on. Have a way to deactivate cash, or have your drivers handle the cash options. Luckily my order was for work, and I was able to break my $50 for my $22 order.

Jets, Little Ceasars, Fayzanos and more are close by… go there instead. I carried out an order of bbq boneless wings (15) with my pizza. Pizza was mid and boneless wings were terrible. Wings seemed like store bought chicken nuggets with basically no sauce. Definitely don’t get wings from here. Probably just go somewhere else and don’t waste your money.

Disgusting…cold, no sauce or toppings and our half and half pizza was more 80% cheese and barely any toppings on 2 pieces. Pizza is a treat for us and we will never waste it on Papa Johns again.

There’s not much I can say about Papa John’s because we all know we’ve been there and done that. The food was what I expected and the pizza was hot and ready. This location was different because they had a special where you buy a large pizza and you get one free so if you’re in the area I suggest you try that coupon out .

I’ve ordered from this location a few times since they opened and EVERY SINGLE TIME they do amazing. Most recently they accidentally forgot one part of my delivery. I called just expecting a refund for it but the manager brought it to me. Accidents happen but the way they react to them speaks volumes. In addition to stellar customer service their food is always good. In this area a lot of people, shopping & restaurants pop up. This seems to have caused customer service to drastically decline, I’ve stopped going to a lot of restaurants over it, but that’s the opposite for this Papa Johns. They are amazing and I’m very thankful for that and the manager who went out of his way today.
