We ordered through the drive-thru and had a disappointing experience. The order process felt rushed, as we weren’t asked how many pieces we wanted for the nuggets and were immediately directed to the first window. The full order was only clarified at the window, which made it unclear if additional items could still be added.
When we reached the next window, the two associates inside appeared unwelcoming and were giving side glances. The associate who handed us the order seemed visibly irritated, as if holding back an eye roll or sigh. The food was given to us without any sauces or condiments—just the nuggets and jalapeño bites. Overall, the service could have been more attentive and professional.

We ordered from the drive-thru and the person who served us treated us very badly. We ordered hamburgers and she gave them to us without napkins, without sauce, without anything. And she told us they didn’t have any napkins and that if we wanted, they would give us toilet paper. It’s an insult. She simply didn’t want to give us napkins, even though we were respectful to them at all times.!!!!

Everytime I come to this Burger King the food is always fresh, just had some chicken fries, and a double whopper. They were fresh and hot. Wish other burger kings was like this one… Only thing I wish was if the dinning area was a little more chilled temperature wise.

Food is okay — Just like any other burger king. Service is okay, they’re not super fast but are communicative. However, everytime I come here their shake machine is not working. This last time they didn’t have the crispy chicken and no mayo or mustard. There’s always something missing here.

Burger King breakfast is always the best. The Croissan’wich, hashbrowns and Cokes were all very good . Service was fast and friendly . Restaurant and restrooms were clean. Would return in the future to this location. 🙂

People with negative attitude at this store. How do you sell a burger like this and get upset at the customer for bringing it back. Asked for ketchup, no ketchup in the bag. Don’t go to work if you can’t make it a good day for the people around you and the ones who expect ok service. It’s a burger king not fine dining but you’re not feeding dogs either.
