The food is amazing but the PEOPLE are just rude and act like they have a problem with you. I went to order food in the drive thru, person that was there was so IMPATIENT he asked me what drink I would like, I had to think because I was ordering for someone else it hadn’t even been 10 second he asked me three more times with his tone getting more impatient and rude. Then I wanted to add coleslaw to my meal, guy had to switch it another person basically no patience at all.

I’m a bit surprised to know that this location is being rated negatively considering the few visits in the past were all great and the exact opposite of the other reviews. The place is small but the atmosphere is nothing bad, it’s hospitality is normal. The chicken sandwich combo with the fries is amazing and delicious and the comeback sauce is a real comeback for KFC. It’s standing in business and will continue to stand on business to its Carrollton locals. The chicken sandwich is juicy, the fries were crispy and seasoned, and the famous boul is just that great. The bathrooms are clean and the service was quick, but amazing.

Ordered from GrubHub, the order took around 40 min to get even though it’s only across the street from my job. The food was cold. No napkins, forks or condiments. I won’t waste money here again

Usually hits the spot, and of the chicken chains, KFC is the best one (bone in chicken). One of my favorite places to get a meal, and a longtime classic in my family.
This location has a very rude cashier mentioned in below reviews as of recent, and encountered her on my last visit. She did not listen to my order correctly, and had a very nasty attitude. You could definitely tell she DID NOT need to be working with people!
I also order from here time to time on Doordash, and it is inconsistent on those grounds though sometimes it hits the spot, but misses more than hits. I now know why after visiting today. The manager’s always been a nice guy, and keeps it going, but please hire some employees that actually “care”, and have a good personality and work ethic. Went with my family there to have a small reunion for Labor Day, and that cashier ruined the entire vibe.
KFC, please read your reviews on the Carrollton location and help the manager get some help in there before it gets worse! If not for a love and the connection, I’d not go back after today, and tell others to do the same, but instead, get it together and get some good help in there to help your restaurant’s manager before I, and more have a “change of heart”, and drop KFC from our menus!

Me and my fiancé DoorDash on the side. I understand that working with the public can be really hard but this woman who came up to the cash register was the rudest person ever! She had red braids and a lot of piercings. The way she talked to other customers was extremely unacceptable and unprofessional. I will not be back to this KFC because of this unfortunate event and I will be advising others not to go there. I am extremely unsatisfied with how this business is being operated and the workers did not have a single care in the world about how this business is being ran. I will be calling corporate on this LFC location because something’s gotta change!

Rude , rude rude and I wanted extra crispy and there answer is we don’t have any and we aren’t going to cook any so they said they had original ready so I ordered that and when I got to the window they said I had to wait till some was ready ridiculous how bad fast food has gotten no pride in their work at all. KFC used to be pretty good place to eat.

Not very busy. I had ordered online so I didn’t have to wait on my food but when I arrived, I had to wait for at least 10 minutes. My food should’ve been ready. I watched them make my food and then take my food somewhere else to be held. The cashier acted as if they didn’t want to be there but at least they did acknowledge me and even though I was first in line, the cashier took the next person’s order instead of getting my order first. The two managers just said hello to me but never asked what I was there for. 10 minutes of my time wasted because of bad communication. I shouldn’t have been in that store for no longer than 1 or 2 minutes. What I had ordered, I could’ve made myself. I’m honestly never going back there again.
