Came here for lunch today, got a slice of Margherita pizza. You’ll see some reviews below where they say it’s the best pizza in Modesto. They’re not wrong.

Hands down the best pizza in the valley. I stopped in yesterday 10 minutes after opening for a couple slices and people were already lining up for food! I had the PRH and the special and can say this is my new favorite spot. Also helps that the people working there are super friendly! Already planning to head back today to show the family!

Best pizza in town! Crunchy yet soft crust, simple real ingredients! Definitely worth a slice or whole pie depends how hungry you are

Just order the whole pie. You will be happy you did. Lol slices look good too I’ll have to try next visit. We came on a weekday. I swear I tried for two months straight to make it over there n every time one thing or another came up. Finally made it out. TikTok does not lie. This pizza is worth the visit.

We first discovered Sacred Slice in 2019 while searching for a great vendor for our daughter’s 4th birthday party. This was before they had their food truck—back when they were just starting catering part-time. The husband-and-wife duo were incredibly professional, wonderful to work with, and even went above and beyond by making pizzas that weren’t on the menu.
Now that our family lives in Idaho, we still make it a point to stop by whenever we can—whether it’s for a slice or a whole pie if slices are gone. We like to say they truly are “The Best in the West.”

Finally got a chance to try sacred slice! I’m a picky pizza guy so I pay attention to the small details. First and foremost, they cut every slice all the way through, you don’t have to finish cutting the pizza like at other places lol second, the toppings are evenly spread out and the ratio (we got the pepperoni pie) is perfect. Third, the crush is amazing, it’s fluffy and crispy with some sort of delicious cheese on top. I would personally want the whole pizza a little crispier (less flop) but that’s something I can request next time. Zero complaints with this pie, and to top it off it’s a locally owned family business so we will be back. Thanks sacred slice! See you guys again soon!

The pizzas are pretty expensive, the regular New York pizzas are good but are pretty thin. The Detroit style pizza isn’t worth the 25-28$ it’s only 4 small cube slices.

Tried Sacred Slice last night and I have found my new pizza favorite. The flavor was wonderful! We tried their New York style pizza (parmesan cheese, pepperoni and jalapeno, pepperoni, and the war hog).
The war hog is my absolute favorite! I’m definitely going to have my husband stop and get pizza more often on the way home from work.

I’ve been here quite a few times and this is hands down the best pizza in the Central Valley and probably anywhere I’ve had in California. They are just a small crew of 2 people working their butts off to make incredible pies. Make sure to plan accordingly and get there or order online well before closing because they are POPULAR. Slices are first come first serve, but I just recommend ordering a whole pie because you will definitely want more later. Also, sharing is caring!

My first time trying it and personally I think it’s just okay pizza. It’s hip for Modesto and they have great ideas on fun pizza flavors (I tried their featured elote pizza with cheeto dust & the peñoroni), but it didn’t wow me. I think it’s the crust that has too plain of a flavor. Would go again if someone invited me, but not go out of my way to get it.
