This place clearly needs to revisit policies for hiring their customer facing personnel. It seems like they are giving us a favor for buying food from them. Customer options of what to ask for got so limited that is seems like we are back to ‘black only ford’ times. In addition to getting 16 piece meal, we asked for water and were told that it is in the bag but when we checked there was none, so we asked for it again and were told that they charge for water in cup now and closed the window.

I give this location 1 star because that’s as low as it goes. The service is consistently terrible. Here is the latest and I might add last experience I will ever have at any KFC: My wife stopped and purchased a two-piece, dark meat, Original recipe box. One piece was acceptable but the other was overdone, (burned.) When I returned to the store, Iwas told, “it’s not burned, it just sat in the warmer.” I’m sure I don’t have to go into the problem which that reveals. A man then begrudgingly asked me if I wanted another piece of chicken, to which I responded, “yes, at least that.” A lady then came in and looked at the Chicken and ask, “what’s the problem? It gets that way when it sits in the warmer. There’s nothing wrong with it.” By this time the 3 workers in the restaurant we’re staring at me like I had 2 heads on my shoulders. The man then put the Box of chicken on the counter and walked away. I asked for the franchise owner’s phone number and was told, “it’s on your receipt.” I pointed out they didn’t give us a receipt to begin with. The lady said, “we don’t give it to you unless you ask.” The service at this location has gotten progressively worse over the years and despite several complaints and iterations of staff, there has been no improvement whatsoever.

Stay away from this place. On 3 occasions I’ve had to return my order. Burnt chicken, not the pieces I ordered, or they are out of something mid day it’s always something. Worst fast food in the area. If you want chicken go to Publix in the same plaza. I will never ever ever return this location. I AM DONE!!!!!!!

The worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant in my life. Went to the drive-thru this evening and had the rudest ever employee who told me they were out of the first 3 things I tried to order and then when I asked her what was in one of the menu items, she responded “I have no clue” and closed the window before I was done speaking. She gave us 2 sodas with no ice b/c they were also out of that and to make it worse, we had to throw away all food items when we got home because it was so over cooked, greasy, and disgusting. This place is an embarrassment to the KFC brand and should not be allowed to stay open. Just awful. The owner of this place should be ashamed.

We decided to get KFC for dinner tonight at this location. When I got there I parked to go inside and place my order. I was told by an employee that the inside was closed and I would have to use the drive though. When I tried to place my order at the drive for a 16 piece meal I told them that I had a coupon and I was told that this location doesn’t accept coupons because their computer system can’t process them. The regular price without the coupon was $12 more than I was willing to pay so I went next door to Publix and picked up 2 eight piece boxes of fried chicken from the deli section and got a couple of side dishes to go with it for an almost $ 20 savings. As it turns out, Publix chicken was better anyway!

Horrible Service and BURNT food! Very bad attitude, we’re more concerned with arguing inside the store than taking care of guest for sure! Got all way home, opened box and chicken was over cooked OR they need to change grease really bad! Horrible – it’s been like this two days in a row – will certainly not go back – and they were NOT short staffed! Counted at least 6 employees behind the counter doing nothing!

The staff is horrible here- we went in with kids to order something – we were just given a stare by a lady named Haley. We asked if they are ready to take orders she just stared back with a smirk and didn’t not even respond – that was extremely rude and insulting. We waited for at least 10 mins and another lady came from back telling us she’s on break , I made sure to get her name before walking out so I can report her and she still continued with that smirk and didn’t bother responding to anything. Please don’t go here or be ready to be treated very rudely by Haley and rest of the staff
