First time I’ve been to KFC in a looooooong time and probably will be the last. Terrible experience. Made a mobile order and it said to pick up at 4:26. I always come a little later to accommodate any other orders that may be ahead of me, short staffing, etc. I got there around 4:40 and the food wasn’t ready. Just the drinks. While standing there, I could see them putting the food together and one of the employees asked the other, “what are we waiting on for the mobile order?”. He told her the popcorn chicken for the macaroni bowls. You think the chicken would be fresh and hot right? Wrong. ALL of the food was cold. Not even warm. Had to microwave it at the house. The 3 piece box I got, the chicken tasted old and funny so didn’t even finish eating all of it. The macaroni was basically one scoop of burned pieces (see picture) and my biscuit was burned. I had to eat only the inside of the biscuit. I was supposed to get the “tinder tenders” meal which was supposed to consist of 6 tenders, four sides, and two biscuits. I got 3 1/2 tenders, two sides, two biscuits, and no dipping sauces. Didn’t get greeted when I came inside either. Everyone just looked from behind the counter and me like I wasn’t supposed to be there. Definitely not ever going back to this location.

Drive thru food quality dirt combo no.1 original dark meat. I requested 2 thighs NO drumstick. I open box thigh and drumstick I handed back to the cashier his request. They took out the drumstick replaced w/thigh. Chicken quality very dry meat skin tough/hard dark color. I think they refried old chicken instead of throwing it out.

1 employee on site. Walked in to order, was told to go thru drive-thru. Took 10 minutes to place order. Not blaming the employee, he was doing the best he could. Poor management to not properly staff, or come in to help out the lone employee.

I would give it ZERO stars if that was an option. Manager yelled at me because I asked if they could fill my daughter’s drink with the coke machine in back because all the sodas were out in the lobby. No one acknowledged that I was even speaking. I think they must have been stoned. Seriously. They charged me for her drink then wouldn’t give her what she wanted. Food order was wrong and service was terrible.

Just ordered a mashed potato bowl for lunch, got back to work and started to eat it, I had maybe 4 pieces of popcorn chicken in the bowl, the corn looked and tasted like it was left over from 2 days ago, and there was hardly any gravy in the bowl. Should have just went to Popeyes! Very disappointed

I went to kfc this July and ordered the chicken sandwich at the drive in the staff was rude, but it was around 7:45 so I get that, then I sit in the parking lot waiting, around 8:30, it wasn’t there yet, I was like “no problem just like 10 more minutes” by around 8:50 I was still waiting in the car and then I went inside, and they haven’t even started the order, then 9:00, I get the food and the sandwich wasn’t even chicken breast, it was just 3 tenders. It was confusing to me cause I had been to this location like 20 times before.

Under staffed. I went there today and there was only 2 employees. I went through the drive-thru and was told it would be a 4 minute wait for my nuggets. After 20 minutes I went inside and asked for a refund as my lunch break had expired. Another customer who had been waiting in the drive-thru also enter inquiring about her food. When I asked for a refund the young fellow seemed to get irritated with me but did refund my money. It is across the street from where I work but I won’t return there.

Refused to change pieces from dark to white meat (even with the extra charge) their food usually tastes old and dried out anyways, but, though we would try again. This is the only store across the country that has refused to adjust. These workers are lazy and just want to do as little work as possible, and the food presentation, quality , and staff attitude prove it a3rd time in 6 months.
