Arrived at this location at 5:06 to be told there would be a 30 minute wait for original recipe 8 piece bucket bc there was no white meat but I could have all dark meat instead. I was not willing to wait so I ordered 3 famous bowls, 2 large Cole slaw and an order of 12 biscuits totaling $42.55. Once I arrived home with my order I found several upsetting factors. My bowls had 4 small pieces of chicken in 2 of them and only 3 in the third. They were so loaded down with corn you couldn’t get to the mashed potatoes. Hardly any cheese on any of them. Totally not acceptable!!!! Next I ordered 12 biscuits. They were all smashed and dry. Picture included. I’ve eaten at KFC for years and this was the last time I will ever set foot in one of your restaurants again. I can spend my money elsewhere. Also, as I was leaving, one of your kitchen people was hosing what appeared to be grease across the parking lot. Nice appearance for customers!!!!

Let me be very clear with yall… DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Dirty, no AC, understaffed, unprofessional… literally wasted my time and money! Got there 8:25, was told I needed to order online to get the deal. I pulled over placed the order 8:35. App said 20-30 minutes for order to be ready. Cool, No problem, my kids and I sat in car no issue. 9pm order is ready per the app. I walk in and told it’s actually not ready. So now I’m waiting some more and also very confused bc why say it’s ready when it’s not?! Cashier then comes and said no biscuits what would you like to replace it. Then she comes back and says also no macaroni or any other side for that matter, only mashed potatoes and Cole slaw. Okkkkkkk. I go back in car it’s now 9:35 she brings food to the door. She’s like we gave you mash potatoes and fries. Open the bag, NO GRAVY ON THE MASH POTATOES! whewwww ok yall really trying me now! Drove around she says we’re outta gravy and give me coleslaw. I drove home pissed and irritated. Completely over i! BUT WAIT IT GETS WORSE! Open the box of chicken…. Baby this chicken looks Damm near raw and soggy. This is soooooo unacceptable and disrespectful. Yall are really playing with people! Because there’s no way yall thought this was OK! Inedible! Practically raw and disgusting.. 1 hour and 15 minutes later this is what yall served me. Kids still hungry! Ordered 2 large mashed potatoes 2 large macaroni. Received 5 mini gravy less potatoes, some hard fries and some raw chicken! Run me back my money and my time! This is a joke literally because there’s no way you could be serious! Management needs to be a total revamp and restaff bc this is absolutely ridiculous! Several customers and I just waiting waiting waiting and THIS IS WHAT YALL SERVING! No sir no mam unacceptable smh

i ordered two Famous Mashed potato bowls. this was mine which only included 4 pieces of chicken.
i wasn’t able to get a photo of the other bowl for my mom, because she was being considerate so she took the other bowl ,which only had 2 pop corn nuggets on it. and throughout the whole bowl there was no hidden chicken under the corn. literally six pieces of pop corn chicken total. and it was cold.

Ordered on my app on my way to taking my husband to work so he didnt go without dinner today.. Order on app said ready.. got there to find out that they had no chicken and there oven was in a mode that didnt allow them to cook chicken… odd why is your oven none usable at 4pm on a Monday. You couldnt have been that busy during the day that it was dirty. They told me 30 min. I couldn’t wait or he would be late to work. So they told us to call customer service cause they cant cancel orders.. I don’t believe that for one second.. they were just saying whatever they could to get me to leave. So I called customer service which told me they could not issue a refund becuase on there end it says order has been picked up. Why would I be calling you if I had recieved my food. I went back after an hr and they were extremely rude and disrespectful. I did start to raise my voice after getting screamed at but they refused to stop screaming at me. I was then disrespected more than I have ever been in my life. The words that the GM said to me should never be said and I hope she looses her job becuase I did file a claim and this store should not be allowed to operate under her ever again.

This is the worst restaurant visit that we have experienced. We placed an online order around 8:15 PM. The app said the order is ready for pick up, so we arrived at the restaurant around 8:40. When we arrived for the pick up they told us that it would be another 30 minutes. I went outside to tell my wife and they locked the door. The door sign said they close at 10:00 and it was around 8:45. We waited about 15 minutes and decided to use the drive thru and the rudest person I have ever met told us that it would be another 30 minutes and if we didn’t want to wait to cancel the order. We tried cancelling but the app told us that it could not be done as the food was already prepared. We tried to explain this to the rude lady but she would not have it and said that we have to move out of the drive thru because we were blocking it. There was nobody behind us. We asked the lady how to cancel the order and she said she did not know how. We asked for the manager’s name and she would not give it. We waited for another 15 minutes and nothing. No food no refund. What an awful experience. We were robbed, insulted. We wasted our time. We kept knocking at the door and they looked away and walk towards the back. KFC, what kind of service is this. It is now 9:40 and we are going somewhere else because of the lack of service, rudeness, and robbery to which we were subjected. BAD KFC BAD.

Worst KFC by far. Waited 10 minutes even after making sure I got there after my pick up time. They intentionally leave out some of the food and if you check and let them know they act like they didn’t know. In this one visit every customer’s orders were incorrect.

Hands down WORST KFC experience Ever. There should be a “no star” option. From receiving not COOKED all the way chicken- to a non-empathetic store manager (mr. williams) to a “whatever” attitude area manager, im told who also is last williams. This review is simple. I received UNCOOKED chicken. Anyone who receives not cooked properly from a restaurant DESERVES TO GET THEIR MONEY BACK. Period. The manager, he says- looked at me with this crazy blank stare from the moment I came back to ask for my money back. NEVER said ANY type of apology- just picked up the phone- called who he says was his area manager, same last name, Williams, (not related, I asked) & said they can give me more chicken- take it or leave it. UM … leave it! No more raw chicken for me please! It will be a longgg time before I eat KFC again, but never will I go back into this
