I was impressed by the service, pizza and facility. I called for a pickup order. The employee was friendly and helped me place my order. I did not feel rushed and was asked how long it would take for me to arrive, so the pizza would be hot when I arrived. The restaurant was clean, spacious and modern. The staff was professional and got my order immediately. The pizza was prepared as ordered, was very good and a good value. I was overall very pleased by the entire experience and recommended this establishment.

MOD Pizza is usually good but they spend so much time prioritizing online orders that there’s a good chance. Your pizza will be completely burned to a crisp and have to get remade. They’re always willing to remake it which is fantastic but you typically don’t wanna wait. 45 minutes to an hour because your pizza needs to be remade two times. Maybe put a cap on online orders during busy times ♀️

Was actually on my way for a quiet bite at McDonald’s after arriving in Denver and stumbled upon this gem!
From the moment I walked in the door I knew it was going to be good.
The first staff member I encountered was so pleasant offering anything she could to make the experience and all throughout the pizza adventure it was great! The staff were all very polite and well mannered, something you don’t experience in food service much anymore!
I believe this guy may have been a supervisor but he was the guy running the oven and he was engaged and made it a fun environment for his staff.
Now onto the pizza, it was DELICIOUS! 10/10. Great to build your own with as many ingredients you would like to add.
Thank you, and will definitely stop by here again if in Denver or another MOD location.

Online order, walked into the store once before and after a walk-in order of 5 orders was placed and completed, my order was either never started or the young lady admitted to giving away part of my order for a door dasher. Either way, first time customer and never again visitor. Funny, no customers ordering in the picture.

Shoutout to Kenneth & Chris for helping us out with a messed up DoorDash Order. We had ordered DoorDash from here, dasher never brought the pizzas we ordered. They remade fresh ones for us to pick up. When we mentioned the salad the dasher did bring to us smelled like cigarettes, not only did they remake the salad for us but gave us an additional one. Excellent service was provided at its best! After a long day of work, their kindness helped make things better. Thank you Kenneth & Chris! Y’all are the best!

This MOD Pizza location is an absolute joke. I walked in expecting to grab a quick meal, and instead I walked into what felt like a bunch of unsupervised teenagers running a circus. Three employees behind the counter were blasting out nonstop profanity, yelling, cussing, and carrying on like they were at some trashy hangout spot instead of a restaurant that families and kids are standing in.
The level of unprofessionalism was actually shocking. They weren’t even trying to hide it. No awareness, no respect for customers, no basic decency — nothing. Just loud, disgusting behavior while people are trying to order food. I’ve never seen staff act this ignorant in a place that claims to be a business.
If management thinks this is acceptable, then it says everything about how poorly this location is run. Zero standards, zero control, zero pride. Honestly, it was so trashy and chaotic that I walked out wondering how this place is even still operating.
Fix your staff immediately. Train them, supervise them, or replace them — because right now, this location is embarrassing your entire brand.
I won’t be back until this place stops acting like a playground for employees who clearly don’t know how to act in public.
