Everytime me and my husband come through there the drive-thru was always messed up and when we get to the window and order our food it takes forever they make us pull up and wait for 20 minutes and the chicken from KFC original recipe by the time I get home it is not fresh not hot, also we’ve tried Long John silver’s and it is just as awful. I will be calling corporate office because KFC used to be my favorite restaurant when I was younger and now it’s not even mediocre it should be shut down it is that terrible.

Arrived at the store at 11:13 to pick up a DoorDash had to go through the drive-through lobby was locked. He told me the food wasn’t ready yet to pull into parking spot. Had to go back into the store. Door was finally unlocked to remind them. I was out there 20 minutes later they still had not started the order so if you’re trying to make money, KFC and Pickens is not the best place to pick up from.

The worst experience I ever had. Walked in and stood there for over 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Took almost 10 minutes to get food that was overcooked and tasted burnt. 30 minute experience to get inedible food and now no one will answer the phone. Only good thing in the boxes were the biscuits. $20 for 2 good biscuits. I’m done with this place.

I went through the drive thru today at the KFC in Pickens and the lady at the window was very nice. I was asked to pull up to wait on my food, which I did. I realized the lady did not ask me what sauce I wanted for the chicken tenders and I forgot to ask her for sauce as well. When the man brought out my food I asked if I could get honey mustard. He shook his head at me walked off and yelled if you want it you can come in and it’ll be on the counter. I had two small children in the car. I was not going to leave them in the car or have to get them out for honey mustard. He was rude and definitely should not be working with the public with his customer service skills! I will not be back!!

I am a full-time RV traveler, I have been on the road for almost 7 years and have been to hundreds of different KFC’s all over the country. This KFC is by far the absolute worst, fast food or any other kind of restaurant I have ever been at. It was absolutely atrocious. We have contacted corporate KFC and are still waiting for a return call. I would not recommend this place to my dog! The pot pie had absolutely no gravy and was just a mush of potatoes, carrots and whatever else they threw in there. The chicken wings that my wife got did not come with the french fries as they were supposed to and the wings were unidentifiable! STAY AWAY!

Ordered a Chicken Pot Pie, the only thing was there was NO chicken in the pie! I had a flavored vegetable pot pie. Shame on you KFC in pickens. Not sure how they are prepared but make sure that chicken is involved!

THEY ARE SO SLOW! We were picking up some Doordash orders, and we had to wait at least 10 minutes because they had to cook chicken. I get not wanting to over prepare, but you’re a chicken restaurant.

disgusting!! when i opened my sandwich this long hair was wrapped in it. it was so obvious that its really hard for me to believe that no one seen that 13inch long string of hair before serving it to a customer. you can see where it appeared to be pulled from the root ! i feel like someone intentionally done this. after returning it, the lady at window with the black rotten teeth just kept saying “sorry…im sorry” but i could tell she really wasn’t. i got my money back and have never been back ! will never go back !

I ordered online when I got there they said they had to cook chicken an hour later they told me they couldn’t find my order when I finally got my food and went home they forgot to put some food in the bag and the chicken nuggets were not chicken nuggets they were chicken tenders tore in pieces the staff was very rude will never go back
