I ordered food on the app, which told me when to pick it up and that the food was in progress. When I arrived the lights were on but nobody came to the drive-through window and the lobby doors were closed. This was about 8:30pm on a Friday. So we went back around to the window because people were starting to line up. We waited several minutes behind someone else but they left. When I got up to the window I called the store and was informed they closed early. I informed the woman that the app says my order is in progress and people were lined up behind me. I asked how I could get a refund and she told me I could ask for a refund on the app. That didn’t work so I called corporate and they were nice about getting me my refund.

Got a mashed potato bowl, and from the time on my receipt till I got it, it was 15 minutes cause I was waiting on the nuggets and waited at least 5 mins before I even paid for it. There was 1 car in front of me. The service is absolutely horrible! Chicken nuggets doest not take 15 mins to cook in an oil fryer 7 mins tops!

Couldn’t get any food as you’re being yelled at through the drive-thru speaker before you order of all they are out of. They were out of everything except a bad attitude. Why even be open to tell everyone you’re out of chicken and basically everything else. You sell chicken. Maybe order better for your location.

Awful you have to wait forever in order to get the food that you ordered, I waited 30+ minutes for just a famous bowl and two chicken little sandwiches and the famous bowl only had 4 pieces of popcorn chicken and zero cheese. It is so ridiculous having to wait this long for that amount of food they need to do better or shut it down and retrain folks for a month or so.

This location is the worst one I have ever been to. The last 3 times (yes 3) there have been catastrophes that have closed the store early. Every time I placed an online order and went to get it, I would be told they had closed early and I didn’t have any of my order when I left, when I asked about a refund, I was told to call corporate so I did. Management and service here is TERRIBLE! They should have called to say, sorry about this but we are currently closing and will not be able to make your order. SIMPLE. I would love to give a 1/2 of a star but since I can’t I guess 1 will work.

This location is constantly short staffed , all the staff they do have is teenage kids who genuinely try their best. The lobby stays locked because we don’t have the people to keep it unlocked. Getting paid minimum wage and doing 3 people’s job is incredibly hard. So again we try our best to make everyone’s expierence a great one.

disgusting!! when i opened my sandwich this long hair was wrapped in it. it was so obvious that its really hard for me to believe that no one seen that 13inch long string of hair before serving it to a customer. you can see where it appeared to be pulled from the root ! i feel like someone intentionally done this. after returning it, the lady at window with the black rotten teeth just kept saying “sorry…im sorry” but i could tell she really wasn’t. i got my money back and have never been back ! will never go back !

Sunday in a pinch dinner don’t come here! The chicken strips were so dry like they had been under the heat lamp all day. Normal 6pm is when you would think things would be fresh. I should have seen this happening after absolutely no one in line

I really had high hopes after they remodeled. My husband ordered a 8 piece fish with FF and slaw, they were out of slaw ok that’s fine just give us extra FF. He pulls up while they cook it. 30 minutes later a lady comes out to give him chickens wings. He explained that’s not mine and what we had, she said that order just went out we gave it to someone else. After wasting close to 45 minutes he just got a refund and came home. I really wish they could get it together, I love KFC/Long John’s
