To be honest, whoever runs this location should be ashamed. The dining room was closed, fine, but could one of the 5 employees sitting in the lobby look up from their phone to say something? The signage on the door is torn and tattered so it was hard to read that the dining room closed at 7. No lights anywhere going back to the drive through. The drive through sign and order box were destroyed. Drove to the pick up window where no less than 3 employees walked by, looked at us, and never bothered to acknowledge we were sitting there. Finally we flagged someone down to take our order. Food was cold. No napkins. No sauce for the chicken tenders. Just awful

This location is kinda bad. I don’t think that I’ve ever come across a restaurant that locks the doors during business hours so that they can clean the dining area. I walked to this location and was told to use the drive through to place my order which is impossible to do with cars pulling up to place orders. The day before I came and placed an order and after I paid was told that they didn’t have some of the things that I ordered. I just told them to cancel my order and give me my money back. And what happened next was completely crazy. The manager comes out and starts yelling at all the employees. It was a mess. I know for a fact that I will never ever return to this dump. What a horrible, horrible KFC.

The lady that waited on us was very friendly however the food was salty and cold. Chicken nuggets were kinda pink inside meaning not throughly cooked. Chicken strips were ok but cold.Fries were unediable as they were cold and covered in SALT …KFC PLEASE take into account that not everyone wants salt covered food.

The food is good but the workers aren’t taking pride in their job. They always get something wrong with my order. This time as always I ordered no pickles. And I get pickles. Last time I ordered sweet tea and got a Pepsi. Another time order spicy and I got a regular. People please do better.

The drive thru speaker is broken and no sign, the guy happened to be taking the trash out and told us. Gave us the wrong order, very nasty attitude to go along with the nasty run down store. It’s so run down it doesn’t even look open for business. The laziest employees that I have ever seen. The sides are only filled half way. Greasy disgusting chicken.

Website says dining area open until 900 pm. Arrived at 815 pm, diving area locked. Did not want drive thru since I did not want to eat in my car and I was about 25 minutes from home and food would have been cold.

Placed quick pick up order at 6:41,pm. We weren’t allowed in the lobby. Drive thru was confused as what to do. We said we’ve already paid; so they had us pull forward for our 10-15 min wait. It’s 7:38 pm now and still no sign of our food (just strips and nuggets fyi) or any employees.
