Very slow and food was not fresh. If I didn’t wait about 30 minutes already, I would have requested fresh food or my money back. It took the workers like 15 minutes to take my other than another 15 to get my cold food. Fries was horrible. But at least the drinks were maid right, smh.

The food was decimated fresh and hot. The service was very slow and the staff were a bit pushy and blunt. They had a line wrapped around the building, so I may only assume they were short staffed. However, they were getting it done! Only real thing here for vegans are the fries IF they are cooked supersets from the meats. The salads usually are prepared and you can’t remove the cheeses and other unfriendly vegan stuff.

The attitudes are RAMPANT! I returned to the drive-thru seconds after realizing I was not given my 4pc nuggets. When I told them, the girl sounded as though I inconvenienced her. Imagine that! Pulled up to the windows with my bag hanging out the window for me to grab and when I said thank you, she rolled her eyes at me! I get they hire young kids fresh out of high school but Jesus Christ! So does Chic fil a and their service is in a class of its own. Please do better with your customer service training with these kids!

rude staff, we pulled up to window and the lady asked if we were paying cash or card. we started to say we have a mobile order and were cut off by the girl who yelled “cash or card” again. when we received our food they threw us the bags and slammed the window. Extremely rude for no reason.

Absolutely horrific experience. Long line at drive thru. They had no ice and no Coke. Ordered a $6 Bourbon Burger and it came completely plain…literally, a piece of meat with cheese on a bun. And the burger was full of gristle. I would have gone back and got a refund but the line was too long so if you are thinking about stopping here…don’t.
