Just went to this KFC around 5:35pm today. Asked for a number 2, 2 piece EXTRA CRISPY, a Starry and an extra side of Cole slaw. The picture is what I got. DOESNT LOOK LIKE EXTRA CRISPY TO ME!!!! That’s original.

This place should be shut down. We don’t eat fast food often but have been to this location twice in the last couple of months and both times were terrible. The first time, we waited almost an hour for our food, along with 4 other customers.
Last night, we did an online order and my son went to pick it up. They were out of several things we ordered, so he ordered sandwiches instead. They only had one pot pie and we had ordered 3. But they said he could have the one they had. After waiting too long, they gave him the food but not the pie. He went back and asked for it and they no longer had it and didn’t give him the option of another item or a refund. We’ve submitted a request online for a refund and have received no answer. This place is absolutely pathetic.

I ordered around 4:50pm (8pc family meal & famous bowl) and I waited around 30 minutes while other people were served before me. I finally went up to the counter to ask when I would get my food and was met with direct eye contact by multiple workers before someone, presumably the manager on duty, asked what they could do to help. I was then told that it was cooking still, again multiple other people had gotten served already. Absolutely ridiculous how slow it was. It took around 50 minutes to get my food while people ordering after me only waited 10 at most. The food was alright, but for that wait time it was disappointing to say the least.

First, people working here are VERY nice, no complaints there. But, 4 different visits and something missing EVERY SINGLE TIME. They always apologize and correct. Always order large coleslaw cause it’s great. Container has always been packed full. This last time? Maybe half full (being generous here). Not sure what’s going on with this place. Could use some quality (and quantity!) control along with focus and attention to detail. But they really are very nice…

This is the worst customer service that I’ve encountered at this location. The current night staff have a very lackluster attitude. They constantly mark that orders are ready for pickup when they haven’t even started them. I’ve witnessed this first hand, numerous times. All in all, very poorly run and managed. Food orders were wrong everytime.

This would be lower if you could give less than 1 star. How does KFC run out of chicken? Waited 20 minutes in Drive-through just to be told they needed more time to cook chicken. Turns out, they actually lost my order! I will NEVER go back to this KFC. Management should be fired if they can’t run a better restaurant.

Ordered a 3pc meal with mashed potatoes and gravy and slaw. Didn’t receive my sides. Called in and the response I got was if you want to come get or sides we will make a note of it for next time. The quality of the food was great!! But I shouldn’t have to drive back 15 minutes because someone didn’t do their job correctly and also I expect a little bit more then they will give me my sides next time I come in!!

Terrible…literally 35 mins to get my food…i watched at least a dozen people go thru drive thru while i waited on MASHED POTATOES no napkins no straws reg recipe when i asked for extra crispy. The chicken was terrible. They did comp it but honestly it was still terrible
