My wife loves Starbucks. However, on our post Christmas stay in Spokane, we stopped in with our granddaughter. They had Christmas cups 60% off. Sign clearly said 60. Employees thought so, manager thought so. But ringing up at 50%. So my wife asks why and after a long look and inquiry, wrote the sign off as “poor penmanship!” Staff was courteous enough, but good leadership and management would have (and should have) honored their sign. Instead the manager put a sticker over it and wrote 50% with my wife standing there with them. Leadership/Management

I’ve come to this Starbucks for years. For the most part the staff is friendly and the store is always clean. I feel like the consistency of the flavors in the coffee is touch and go. It almost seems like the more the cost goes up, the worse the coffee gets and the flavors seem a little off. Lately the coffees I get taste like someone poured their Victoria Secret body lotion in it.

Watched the ladyakey drink and told her it was too dark. She took out a couple ice cubes and added more cream, said that better. Was not better, had no vanilla flavor was bitter. Just wasn’t right.

The drinks were great and the customer service was friendly but good Lord that store was filthy. Every table had trash around it and crumbs on top of it. I gave them one extra star because they have a water bowl outside for the dogs.

I ordered a cranberry orange lemonade and got zero lemonade. I ordered 2 green teas with no water and both were watered down. One would think if you spend almost 30 dollars to get 3 drinks that they would be correct. Not to mention being paid in excess of 16 per hour. I normally don’t complain but this happens about 1/2 the time I order from this store. I don’t want some managers apologies, I want what I pay for.
