We went here on a Saturday for lunch and it was great! They were not top busy, they greeted us right away. I ordered the avocado chicken bacon wrap which I have never ordered. It was delicious!!! I added sweet potatoes which made it better. We also love their pepperoni sticks with ranch/Parmesan sauce. Their Pepsi products were not available. So we got water cups. The hightop table was dirty and needed wiped.

We are in town for a mini-vacation and wanted a quick bit. It came down to this place or thai food, and the wife chose it here. I am quite pleased she did. The food was fast and easy, like most counter order restaurants. It didn’t take us long to settle in on something, and the staff was prompt and helpful. I ordered the pesto pasta with steak chunks, whike the wife set her eyes in the avocado chop salad with chicken.
We both opted for the small portions, and we’re glad we did so. The portions here are quite fair and a small easily fed one person. The bigger bowls (regular) could serve two persons, in my opinion.
The place itself is spacious and modern, with wood tables and open concept. Even the kitchen area is on display for the customers to see. I liked it a lot. Also, there is an outside area for dining if you so wished. We stayed inside as the heatwave was better fought indoors.
Would recommend and hope we get one of these restaurants in the metro Detroit area. We are lacking in quick service italian food options.

I love Piada. My favorite is the avocado burrito but in a salad with no bacon. Best dish ever. The Parmesan Cheese Stick. The only thing about the atmosphere today is that a new trainee dropped my husband’s avocado on the counter and almost placed it in his bowl until a supervisor said something. She was also by the bathroom on the phone, complaining about her boss. Very unprofessional. Other than that it was great.

I felt like the server hated her job and strongly disliked indecisive people. I even told her that it was my first time there and so I didn’t know what was going on, but she made me feel like I was in the wrong. The food was great though!

Oh wow, I hit up Piada Italian Street Food in Dublin on a rainy afternoon craving something hearty, and it totally hit the spot—like an Italian Chipotle but way more flavorful and fun. I went for the Avocado Piada with steak, loaded with fresh avocado, roasted veggies, and that zesty herb aioli, all wrapped in their pillowy piada bread that didn’t sog out one bit. The portions are generous, the ingredients scream fresh (hello, crisp greens and perfectly grilled meat), and at under $12, it’s a steal for fast-casual this good. The crew behind the counter was all smiles and super patient while I hemmed and hawed over toppings. Clean spot, quick vibes, and I was back at my desk buzzing from the first bite. If you’re near Sawmill Road, do yourself a favor—skip the usual suspects and dive into this gem. Hands down my new go-to for Italian-ish eats that don’t disappoint. 5/5, every time!

I had originally placed a mobile order through the Piada website while at work. My delivery time kept getting later and later so I became concerned. I called the restaurant and the worker who answered the phone (I wish I remembered his name) said that my order was ready but unfortunately no one through the third party deliver service had taken the order to pick it up. I was super frustrated because I was hungry and only had a limited time for my lunch break, and because no one picked it up, I didn’t have a back up plan for lunch. The worker offered to cancel the order and refund me, which I was okay with. However later on, my order was still delivered to me, very late I must say, but still delivered. I called again because I was confused. This kind worker said that when a driver showed up finally, he decided to send the food anyway because in his words “a late but free meal is better than no meal.” The kindness and understanding of this worker is what any customer service worker should strive to be. I’m incredibly thankful for this workers kindness and generosity. Thank you Piada on Avery/ Perimiter Drive Dublin. Outstanding service.

Piada Italian Street Food has quickly become one of my go-to spots for a fast, satisfying meal that doesn’t compromise on quality or flavor. From the moment you walk in, the clean, modern vibe and welcoming staff set the tone for a great experience.

First time going and the food is absolutely delicious! I won’t be going back to this location though because the 2 women in the front are not very welcoming. They came across as cold, no hospitality and like they just did not care.
