Waited 15 min to order, another 20 for food. Didn’t get what I ordered, and no one apologized or cared. They were short staffed, running out of food, offered substitute but then didn’t have that either. But had time to Doordash coffee. Rude, no customer service at all. Kiosks are there to order on, but don’t have all menu items loaded into them, so they are useless. Drive thru was receiving service, but lobby was ignored. Was there from 5:30 until 6:10. Spent $27. Order was wrong and not complete.

They have the BEST fries! So good! I love the crispy, flakey breading and they are always fresh every time I order them. The large size is a HUGE portion. Honestly two people could share them. I always get a large because they are just that good! Way better than the wedges they use to have in my opinion.

Wow this location I will never visit again. The drive through young lady was very rude. I couldn’t even give her my complete order. Rushing us while we ordering, cutting me and my mother off as we order. Bad customer service at this location. I had to ask the young lady was she alright tonight. My God!!

We got here at 3:45 NO ON INSIDE or at DRUVE THRU. We had to wait for someone to answer at drive thru then we parked n the DOORS are LOCKED. No sign saying why the doors are locked. Tried calling and NO ONE picks up the PHONE. ITS FREAKIN SATURDAY JULY 5TH. We won’t be coming back here. Just absolutely not cool.
