Sat in the drive through for literally 38 minutes be for I was able to order and receive my food. When food was received, it was like warm at best, and fries were soggy and stale. This BK used to be my favorite location, but will not be returning here in the future.

If you want your food made correctly don’t get it delivered, and if you go in the lobby or drive thru look in the bag before you leave! I gave this place a 3rd chance and it was 2 chances too many. Just go to a different location they obviously can’t read tickets…

Total disgusting eating area. Filthy sticky floor,dirty child seats, smelly dirty tables, watery ketchup, no ice, waterwd down soda and flies everywhere.. empty and unbelievable
Came to this disgusting Burgerking as an alternative to Wendy’s extremely long ridiculous lines. Guaranteed you’re order will NEVER be correct ordering more than 2 meals. It never fails. Don’t leave with out checking your order.

5 star service goes to crystal she is soo sweet and caring. She has better customer service skills than the manger. She takes pride in her job and it shows. Its the little things that make people chose this location over others and its Crystal.

Went and ordered the fiery chicken sandwich and it was actually burnt or overcooked some how has no cheese or bacon false advertisement apparently looked just like a regular spicy crispy chicken but extremely burnt or old no bacon or cheese was pretty disappointed…

First off the food is alright. Service okay. But the biggest complaint would be is the manager that works pass 4pm. The onen n another review video. Shes so loud. Talks about other employees with customers in the restaurant that its annoying. One time I asked for lite on tomato. Ten minutes later I heard say what am I supposed to do with lite tomato? Another employee just said cut tomato..she’s like cut on tomato in half? I wanted to say just one slice is good but I bit my lip.

Sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes cause they say they’re busy. Only 2 people in the restaurant. Management should be retrained how to run a restaurant. Getting as bad as Nanticoke location.
