would give zero stars if i could. Bad experience all around. I get into the drive thru and was rushed to order my food and interrupted as I am trying to order. Once i got to the window to pay the cashier was very rude and snatched my card from my hand without saying anything and shoved my card back into my hand after she swiped it. Then was asked to pull up to the door to wait what turned out to be 20 minutes for two chick sandwiches and two fries. Once the order was finally brought out it was wrong and I was missing one of the fries and no straws for the drinks. As I go into the store to get my order corrected and get my other order of fries, they were very rude, not only to me but those before me as well. completely unapologetic for messing up my order and gave me a small fry order that she filled WITHOUT gloves on, not following the sanitation requirements and contaminating my food. at this point i don’t even want to eat it as i have no idea where her hands have been and she just made my food without gloves on. Overall very bad experience and i would not recommend this location to anyone. Rude and unsanitary employees

I actually came here 2 times yesterday within a hour.. Soon as I walked in I was greeted with a BIG smile and great customer service by some black woman name Rachael… We had a great 4 minute conversation lol… One of the sweetest ladies I’ve ever met in fast food… To top it off… The food was absolutely delicious… I love they nuggets.. I’m so glad KFC came out with the nuggets.. reminds me of chic fil a but a lil bit better because for some reason mine tasted like it had a lil spicy kick to it.. Great Job KFC… Keep up the good work… Ms.. Rachael deserves a lil raise

Buffalo chicken was spicy. Bones were red but sauce is orange ♀️. Tenders were dry, dry and very dry. Did not get any sauces although they are on my receipt. Fries were decent. Cookie was great. Drink was good. Biscuit taste like butter and salt. Not worth the price. Should have tried the sandwich it probably would have been good.

We stopped in after being on the road (from DC) for snack until Christmas eve dinner. The chicken was not seasoned well at all and was extremely greasy. The picture is of a napkin I had the chicken sitting on, the purchased a four piece meal and only were able to eat two pieces. The location looks new very clean, but can not see it being there long with the poor quality of food.
