Went to kfc for dinner tonight, I paid for 12 nuggets. 2 were the size of a dime and they were all burnt. Paid for 12 only got 10 including my dime nugs and they were horrible. The lady at the drive though kinda had an attitude and it took over 10 minutes to get 10 nugs and a chalupa box. I wish people took pride in serving customers that pay a lot of money for meals in this town. Most of them hate to work and you can tell by the service. We need better management at these restaurants because it’s really ridiculous. It happens more times than it doesn’t.

Ordered $30 worth of food and my chicken was cold, was told they made it and that wasn’t the case, when I told them to feel it because it was literally cold they ignored and offered 4 nuggets instead and when I asked if they could remake it, I was told to have a good day and the window was shut on me….. 0/10 would not recommend

The first time i went here to get food, the cashier was taking money and typing on the computer with the same gloves he used to prepare my food with. the second time i went here, there was a long hair in my mashed potatoes. very dirty, very gross.

Items are consistently wrong here(ask for no beans but get extra beans & no need, get chicken quesadilla instead of beef, etc). There will always be at least one thing wrong with what you order. The cookie bag also says to use caution because it may be hot but don’t use caution cuz they leave them sitting out on the counter for the A/C to keep cold and stale

The new Mac and cheese bowl is definitely worth stopping in for. This store is fairly slow and not the friendliest but it’s all serious business. The Mac and cheese bowl is quite yummy but at 7$ its a bit much for all the more you get. I can still see the bottom of the bowl so a decent value would be no more than 4 or 5$.

Ordered 5 piece fill up box so I could eat before work and they gave these very very thin and tiny tenders but gave me an extra order of fries, the chicken was cold and not good and the fries were just alright. Hope they do better next time I go.

They were very busy and had a long line around the building but my food was hot and because there was a 7 minute wait for the biscuit, I got a cookie instead and it was great. I didnt mind the wait as long as everything was hot and it was. Very friendly service.
