Horrible experience at this particular location. They had us pull forward then forgot all about our order. Several other people pulled next to us and got their orders and left. We kept waiting and waiting for 25 minutes. We finally went in and they had us continue to wait and then when they FINALLY brought our order out, they had our order wrong!! I would not recommend this location. It’s definitely NOT a FAST food, good service location. They didn’t even offer anything for all the trouble.

Got the veggie burger and they did great with cooking it. Fries were okay and tasted well seasoned but were lacking crunch. The drink was flat though but that is my only complaints. I enjoyed everything else especially the onion rings

Went here for lunch. 3 staff personnel on duty saw me walk in the door and went to the back room. Finally someone called them back to help me and the first thing out of her mouth was “Our fryers and burger grill is down so we can’t make anything for you.” I asked how long do you think they will be down and she said maybe till tomorrow.

This review is 100% directed towards the manager when I came in. The employee who was helping me made a great looking sundae as part of the promotion for “How to train your Dragon” Sadly though the manager grabbed that sundae out of her hand and said it was too much ice cream. The manager then threw that sundae in the trash while still berating the employee. The manager then made this sad excuse of a sundae and basically tossed it my way. Needless to say it was a bad experience and I will be contacting Burger King corporate because the experience was horrendous.

i ordered a royal crispy chicken sandwich and i made it spicy, they drenched it in this oil stuff and it made the buns so soggy and it made a big mess all over me they put so much of the oil seasoning it was leaking everywhere. i asked for a refund and the manger was being so rude about it and she seemed so irritated. it took her so long to give me a refund.
