Enjoyed a chicken and broccoli calazone. It came with a cup of tasty marinara sauce. I left out the ricotta cheese, and the broccoli was chopped. The grilled chicken had a nice seasoning on it.

Stopped in for a slice -first time- and was shocked to see it was 5 bucks & change. The serving was huge and worth every penny. Ordered a large pie on the spot to take home. Delicious. The employee was terrific; I’ll be back!

Ordered a large antipasto salad, two small pizzas and a whoopie pie. They sent me a regular garden salad, no meats no cheese and only 1 dressing. The lettuce and other veggies were brown and gooey, inedible. Called to let them know, before I could even explain they already knew why I was calling. They said they don’t offer antipasto salads anymore, don’t know why it’s still on their menu and they told me the best they can do is refund me the difference. Pizzas were good but are the size of personal pizzas not a “small”. Also the whoopie pie was moldy and expired. Will continue going to Sals in Chelmsford but not Billerica.

Got a slice today and it was horrible.
Must have been very old and they rushed heating it so it was barely warm. Every time I go to sals Billerica it’s something. SMH. Usually it’s a bad attitude by the staff, today it was bad pizza.
Guess i just gotta stick with thevone in Chelmsford. Never a problem there.

I had Sal’s cater a birthday party with 1 large salad and 11 pizzas (multiple varieties) All pizzas arrived hot! Salad was crisp and all veggies were so fresh. I had never been to Sal’s before. Natalie helped me put together my order and made sure I had everything I needed and even called to check before she delivered. She went above and beyond. Guests were happy, no complaints. Best voted pizza was the pepper-roni. Thank you!

This was my first time at this location but having been to Sal’s elsewhere I knew what to expect: a quarter pie of better than average pizza at a decent price. Then delivered those expectations and then some. There was a small snafu with my loyalty account so the gentleman helping me didn’t charge for my garlic knots. Service above and beyond what is usual for today.
