First time eating in the store since COVID restrictions ended. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of staffing and how clean the place was. The Spicey Chicken Sandwich was very good with a very large breast patty. The heat was in the sauce and not the breading. The French Fries were great and definitely in my top 5.

Food is usually good, the manager is nice, but the employees suck. Multiple times they have left things out of the order. Many times I’ve gotten home to find out food is missing from the bag. If it was one or two times I’d understand but it’s an ongoing problem. The employees either have an attitude and seem miserable or are the most pleasant people you meet and there’s no in between. Sometimes they also close early with no explanation. I’ve gone 30 mins before closing and they’re totally closed.

Other than my order taking much longer than expected and learning to never order sweet tea there again the food was good. I placed an order for online pickup. On the app it said my food would be ready for pickup at 4:50pm. I did not walk out of the restaurant with my food until 5:20pm. I was told that they had to make the chicken for my order. My order was 8 piece original recipe and 8 piece tenders with sides. Also while I was there I witnessed how their sweet tea is made. They take the old unused unsweet tea, pour it into the sweet tea container and then added sugar.

Very rude customer service. Could barely hear the girl on the drive thru speaker, a guy then got on and started yelling loudly, pull to the window and the young girl was very rude and rolled her eyes at me. Food was absolutely terrible. None of it was correct in how it was ordered. The mashed potatoes tasted like dirt and was very runny. Would definitely not recommend this kfc. Absolutely disgusting! Half the food was thrown away due to it being nasty.

More than Half the time the chicken tastes recooked!! The last 4 times I requested a chicken pot pie they said they were out. The last time they finally admitted it took 25 minutes to prepare… So I said I’ll wait. Why advertise it if u are too lazy or irresponsible to present it??? Prices have become OUTRAGEOUS. This particular store just needs to be shut down. It was great when it first opened and then quickly went straight to ****! I swear each time that I’m never going back but somehow hope and pray that it changed. It just gets worse and worse. I always ask to wait for hot fresh food and explain that I don’t mind to wait. I just like hot, edible food. They either argue with you or give you cold, nasty food anyway. I have even called corporate a few times. They’ve sent me coupons……..but all they get me is more cold, nasty food. I had to tap something to leave a review but they do NOT deserve even one star. Zero. Zero is what this store deserves.

Just left with a drive thru order, 2 4 piece chicken strip meals. THEY ARE TERRIBLE, we could not eat them. The chicken was barely cooked and the breading was not brown or crispy at all. It did not taste anything like any KFC I have ever had before. Very disappointed. 1 star and that’s a stretch.
